Selling a home you have been living in for 22-years is both daunting and emotional. Craig and Danielle made this process so easy. Not only did they provide an extremely professional service, they were with us every step of the way and made themselves available on request. They were super fun to work with and I would unreservedly recommend Craig and Danielle to any potential buyer/seller. To this end they also helped us purchase the townhouse we were looking for. Craig and Sean are by far the best real estate agent team in the Lower Mainland. They came in on short notice and sold my house in basically a single day... it was so fast, pictures hadn't even been posted yet and it was DONE. These two helped make my dreams come true with a quick sale to make sure I got the house I was looking for a province away. Bought a townhouse in Kelowna with Craig Gaskin. He was professional and informed even though it wasn't his regular area. We were able to make an offer and negotiate a great price. We had a few hurdles with this particular property and he never hesitated to help with them. I always felt he had our best interests at heart.Also sold a condo in Richmond with Craig. We sold in under a week for a higher price than anticipated. Craig gave great advice on staging and upgrading prior to sale. He was professional, informed and competent. Would highly recommend!

From the first time we met “our” realtor Craig Gaskin to the final viewing, to all the discussions and all the paperwork, he took us novices by the hand and lead us with lots of knowledge very safely through the jungle of first time homeownership in Canada! He grasped very quickly what we were looking for and was extremely helpful in narrowing it down to a few important must haves. We had met Danielle when she handled our son’s condo & townhome sales in recent years. She was extremely approachable & knowledgeable of the local area being a resident herself. After approaching her to represent us with the sale of our family home we were impressed with her energy, knowledge & candour. Danielle went above and beyond every step of the way, and somehow miraculously made the complexity of purchasing a home so, so simple. From the very start, she was able to capture exactly what we were looking for. She put together a comprehensive tour of the areas we were interested in (and some we weren't just so we got a complete sense of the market and what was out there), and took us to 9 homes in one day. When it came to putting an offer in and buying a home, all we had to do was sign. She did the rest of the heavy lifting, and we were able to rest easy knowing that she would guide us through exactly what needed to be provided and when. I could not recommend her enough! We will absolutely work with her again in the future.

Selling one's home can be a daunting task but Danielle made the entire process smooth and flawless. She is a very professional, experienced, reliable and a joy to work with! Danielle is a complete professional and extremely efficient in her job. She was responsive (almost real-time), pro-active and addressed all her concerns in a timely manner. Most importantly, she listens to you as a client which should be an expected quality with realtors but is hard to find these days. I have had some below par experiences with realtors in the past and was skeptical moving to a new province but given our recent purchase, I would rank Danielle right at the top!
