Best nail salon I have ever been to and would recommend to everyone. The salon is clean, does not smell and has a very peaceful environment. Every staff member is communicative, friendly, and will also make sure you leave happy with your experience. Unbeatable prices as well.

The lady at the front who greeted me was the same lady I spoke to on the phone the next day to speak about my disappointment with my services and ask for compensation or if I could come in an get it fixed free of charge as it had only been ONE day and she laughed and said that it was my fault for it being ruined. Super rude and lacks any customer service. I'd take my money some where else instead. Don't come here if you want the same treatment as mine!

I got a manicure done, the lady who did it was rushing and did a poor job. No top coat or anything. The nail polish already chipped you can get better quality from regular drugstore nail polis. Do not recommend. Lady on the phone is also super rude and laughed at my reason for being upset. I have a wedding and my nails look absolutely horrendous.

Had a gel pedi with Lily. It was so amazing. She is so detailed and gives the most amazing foot and leg massage I have ever had at a nail. It felt like a mini reflexology. She is fabulous. Amy did my gel mani. So detailed and through. Best place I have been to in years!

Have been going here for years, sadly today will be my last time.
I came is and specifically mentioned that I had no appointment made and if there was a spot or I can make one for later, I was invited in and a few minutes into my service I was asked if I had an appointment ,and the. The lady doing my service and the owner had some discussion and after the job was super rushed.
I did not feel relaxed, my pedicure was rushed , I could have done the same job by my self at home.
I really needed this as it was overdue due to a foot surgery, sadly was not satisfied with the service.
Not coming back here .

While I appreciate the fact that they allow walk ins and I didn't have to wait to get service, the quality of service itself was so poor and cheaply done. Should have expected it from the look of their clientele and location, but this was a last minute thing. To start out, my hands were placed on a cold, wet, definitely not cleaned towel. My nails now look like veneers on my fingers- short and absurdly thick. The woman assured me she was going to file them down but they remained the same thickness. When she was filing my nails, she did them incredibly harshly and almost in an ignorant way - never asking if I'm okay or if it hurt. Mind you, this is to the point where I now have bruises on my cuticles (I will upload a photo.) As I'm typing this, my fingers hurt and the nails themselves have so much pressure on them from the thickness of the gel/shellac/whatever it's called. Removing cuticles should be done with care and gently - not rushed and violent especially with the machine they were using. Then some older white woman came into the shop to get her nails touched up or something and the lady doing my nails just walked over to help her as if she was higher priority and asked another women to finish me up. This part was the icing on the cake - or hands in my case. This second woman just sloppily applied lotion on to my hands and left it there and laughed. I cannot even make this up - she didn't bother to massage the lotion in, there was just two globs on my hands. Never said a word to me, because if she wanted ME to rub it in or whatever - I gladly would even though it's kinda your job/what the service includes...anyways, as I looked up at her in awe realizing someone just left dollops of lotion on my hands, she was saying something in Vietnamese to the original lady who was doing my nails almost to mock me...she then looked up at me as if that was all, we were done, and I think she said "ok thank you" and started cleaning the station. Regardless of any service, good or bad, I tip at least 20-25% which I guarantee you they didn't receive from anyone that day - especially not the person who was apparently "higher priority" than me. I would not recommend these types of places at all and is the reason why I don't get my nails done in Surrey or any type of cosmetic/beauty procedures in Surrey for that matter. Lesson learned.

Poor Customer Service :(:(.
I never come back to this Salon.
They charged me $42 for a gel Shellac ..my nail is too short. nothing fancy. I could do much better work.
Not recommended.
