They need to give more training to their associates on customer service. They double charged me and couldn’t do the return. Lady was rude.

I love this little shop! My favourite pieces of clothing are from this store, they have fantastic sales, and the customer service is AMAZING! Exchanges are super easy and recently there was a mix up in shipping for one of my items and as soon as they found out, boy did they act on it! Not only did they find out what happened, they corrected it quickly, and added a little extra surprise for me when they re-shipped! I'm so proud that we have this beautiful little shop right here in the lower mainland.

Highly Recommend! This is such a cute local boutique with an awesome selection of hand-picked clothes and accessories. Will definitely be back! Oh, and the owner is such a doll. Kind and friendly always!

I absolutely love this store! It has everything. I love that all the clothes are super high quality and super cute. It’s the only place around since Nordstrom Rack closed where I can find Barefoot Dreams. It’s seriously my one stop shop and has all things So Luxury as well and the girls there are the best I always have an amazing shopping experience there!

Very disappointed in being completely snubbed (zero eye contact and completely dismissed) for returning an item despite their policy being exchange only which means they still get the business. Given how I was treated I would prefer not to return but will due to the exchange only policy.
