Gurjot’s help was absolutely tremendous. All though being in an accident and going through all the processes of getting yourself together again are tough, he really made everything seem better. I have owned my Tesla model 3 since new in 2018.I unfortunately have had a few accidents and have dealt with a few auto body shops.Craftsman Collision is by far the best hands down. I am glad they are now certified to work on Tesla's.From the moment I called for an estimate till the completion of the work has been amazing.These guys are very fast and my car was in and out in just over a week .They even fixed a couple of dents that wasn't part of the damage in my claim.I will definitely only use them in the future and I recommend them to everybody.

Came to the shop to get my front bumper looked at for a possible icbc claim . Gurjot came and saw that there was minor paint scuffs that could just wipe off and that my bumper was hanging off. He recommended I buy a $30 bracket that could fix my damage instead of going through insurance and paying my 300 deductible. I left the shop with my bumper back on and no scuff marks free of charge! I can’t recommend this place enough.

I had my car repaired here through ICBC
Bianca was the one who was in contact through email and text to make sure I was aware of the repair process and time estimate.
The replacement vehicle provided was clean and comparable to my own. However, the car was 2,000km over the displayed oil change mileage.
Repairs were done in a timely manner and looked like new.
Would recommend to anyone looking for repairs through ICBC

Such an incredibly helpful and honest place. They explained to me the damage on my car could be fixed with out taking a claim out with ICBC, and directed me on how to get the parts I needed. They also popped out a dent in my car for me at no charge. I will 100% be back for any future work I need done
