Called over 20 times at different times today and no one picked up.. the phone kept ringing every time or i was out on automatic holds but no one would pick up and answer. The only 1 time someone did picked up, they hang up on me and i got no call backs either.. i have prescriptions i wanted to refill today and couldn’t do that cos i got no answers.

If you need your prescription filled, and only have a Visa card, forget about getting your medication here. At all.
They will refuse to accept payment for prescriptions unless you use MasterCard or a bank debit card.
Considering that some of the marginalised members of our community may not have the privilege of having multiple payment sources, the fact that the PHARMACY does not have flexibility for payment is ridiculous.
Without the slightest hesitation, they will actually SEND PEOPLE AWAY WITHOUT THEIR MEDICATION, rather than accepting payment via Visa. Regular Costco shopping, I get it. But for the pharmacy? That is entirely unacceptable and inexcusable. People should be able to pay for their medication using any valid forms of payment.

Lately I find the pharmacy service lacking. My doctor faxed in the prescription on Friday, I went the following Monday to pick it up knowing it usually takes about 48 hours to get filled. I arrived and find out they didn’t even process it yet.

Good Store but parking is a nightmare even at non-peak hours these days.
Actually a couple times I went to costco to pick up some things, seeing the parking lot I was like no thanks... and went to Superstore.
