Went here for the first time for travel vaccinations on a Friday. Receptionist was nice and welcoming and the doctor was okay too. The pharmacy staff however were horrible. Rude and arrogant except one younger one. Not sure why they decided they can speak to a teenager the way they did. They acted as if we bothered them for ages when we just asked to check if our insurance would cover the medication. She asked me how many doses, and I answered enough for 3 people. Before I could expand and tell her we would need 2 doses because it was our first time, she cut me off rudely and said “I know that. How many doses? There are two versions..” and went on and on repeating what the doctor told me. She had such a bad attitude and would make comments like “Do you understand my point?!” “Is this making sense?” Last year, I was 15 working in a pharmacy. Never would I ever speak to a patient that way, why don’t grown adults know better? They spoke as if working in a pharmacy gave them the right to talk down on people that weren’t pharmacists? We were in a rush and they took forever. Basic human decency isn’t that hard. Awful, I hope to never return. Sticking to the pharmacy I worked at. Go to the Pharmasave in Guildford, Impact Plaza. All my co-workers were amazing and kind. Would give 0/5 if the receptionist wasn’t so nice.

Madhu She is the most wonderful lady. I've known her for a long time.She never jumps to conclusions and always offers wise advice regarding medication. Every other employee is likewise helpful.

The level of care and attention demonstrated by them truly exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and courtesy made my visit a positive and stress-free experience. They are our family pharmacy since 2019. Last week I bought an item form here and decided to compare the price. They charged $15 more than other place. I never realized it. They are way overpriced. We are no longer customer here. Avoid this place if you want to save your hard earned money.

I was looking for a veterinary prescription for family pet's kidney issues and was recommended Coastal Care Pharmacy by a big store pharmacist.Vet's prescription cost - $96.00 for 10 day supply.Coastal Care Pharmacy's cost - 1/3 the price with almost 3 weeks supply, they even tuna flavored the liquid.Great fast and friendly service with home delivery option available.I'd give a 10⭐ rating if available.
