Always on their earpiece phone with their hand on their hip. They're ice cream machine for their slurpee is almost always broken. We've also had yellow ice cream out of there also we have gotten sick off of that machine a lot as they do not like to clean. I personally watch them reset them scene when it said to clean the brushes and they just reset it and kept using it and it was coming up with like chunks of stuff in it. All in all this is a very run down circle k you're much better going to the one up the road on 72nd and 136th.
Also don't you dare put more than 20% ice cream to slushy ratio otherwise they will charge you more cuz you have a little bit more ice cream than 20%. Caution to this cuz there's no sign that tells you that either.
They deserve their one star all the way and I hope other people realize the same things leave the same review so people don't have to endure going through the sickness and then most disgusting place of business for food.

Ever since the owner has left, this location has gone so downhill the employees that work here can be very rude and very lazy. I should refraise that, a couple of the employees are like this. I'd like to say I knew the the owner because I'd see him every day after work. He was so much kinder, easy to talk to, and im not sure if he'd remember me but I want him to know what has been going on. I know he'd be so disappointed in all the hard work he has done has gone to waste. I miss you and I'm sure many other people miss seeing you around the store.

All night time workers have the door locked but disappear for more than half hour at a time with no sign outside saying they are busy or cleaning and you bang on the window hard and they don’t come tell you what they’re doing. Makes you feel unsafe as a foreign elder woman as their are heavy drug users always in the area

Always stocked with what I need. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Only issue is the big groups of homeless that sit outside smoking drugs. They obviously come from the shelter half a block away.

I order’s cigarettes. I said John players smoothie. He gave me. John players bold. Partly opened and told he it was wrong. He was absolutely rude. He called.lair he said I said bold not smooth. I told him I want to see the Video on saying this. I told him I want your manager The jerk tells me go away stop wasting his time He makes a mistake calls me a liar won’t call his manager or show me the video then tells me to stop waste his time what a freaking jerk . Calling head office as this is franchise. And then I found another business complaint he was absolutely rude, unprofessional and called me a liar when there’s cameras show me otherwise,

My go to store for my PRIME cause it's cheaper then Petro Canads galllll and the premium EXPPRT A GOLD SMOOTH now weirdnthingnisnthat both cigarettes and PRIME each item.chwaoee by $1.50 so $3 SAVING just for walking across the street

My daughter 10 went first time with her 1 friend to this location. She is very good kid , might be short of money at the counter . The cashier ( employee) treated them such a bad way or threatened. She don't want to come this location any more . I found out today when i tried to get her something . She was scared and stood outside and called me back and said she never want to come here . And then explained this thing . I am trying to dig out more from my daughter and will take appropriate steps . The guy is a indian guy , who is working at this time 230 after noon wednesday . On 14 th june2023. I am writing here todays date . Not the date of the incident. I request the owner of the buisness to please look into it . Thankyou
