I tried to return the Fizz Sim card (didn't use it, factory sealed), I bought it on September 10th, 2024 and I tried to return it October 9th, 2024. The manager of the store did not accept it without any reason.
P. S. A few days later Fizz made a refund.

My daughter got a “big gulp” but the drink didn’t have enough syrup. Someone behind me said her root beer big gulp also didn’t have syrup. I asked the cashier if she could change it and she said no. And she didn’t want to refund me the cost of the drink

i was harassed by a young male when i was sitting in my car and he came up to the window asking if i wanted to buy paraphernalia. He also asked multiple children the same question and they were only 8-12 years old.
