Worst customer service. Obviously they don't care about customers. So therfore I use their competitors. I would suggest the same. Besides the convenience store is so overpriced it's ridiculous. Save your money shop elsewhere.

I completely agree with the previous review of watered down car wash soap. The “Tap”, does not always work…better to get tokens. Today I was half done washing my pick-up and the the “Tap” system went down. I waved the employee down and asked for help…(soap is starting to dry) and I waited…and waited and waited….so I finally went in and the young fellow (now behind the till) didn’t even care that I had asked for his assistance and that I was waiting for him. Then a young lady (2nd employee) on the phone, yells out he can’t leave the till??? Hmmmmm…the young fellow had told me that he’d be coming over. I ended up getting tokens to finish my wash…
Poor customer service at every level…Chevron needs to hire competent individuals with proper communication and people skills.

I have been a customer for about 3 years now and I have found all the evening staff very nice but their is person in particular that stands out he always has a smile on his face and remembers my name his name is Asher just wanted to let management know

Every time I come in for gas or lottery I’m greeted politely and with a big smile. Don’t care about anything else…. Just the positive attitude makes me come back again and again

From reading or the reviews and the owners statements that he will improve… No, nothing has improved. The journey system doesn’t work at the station pumps and when you speak to the staff inside, they’re rude and dismissive. Today I used the car wash. No soap on the soap cycle and I got covered in grease ruining a pair of shorts and a T-shirt. And once again, staff were rude. This service station has serious problems both with staff and management and the car wash which used to be good is now not worth the money. I for one I’m using a different station from now on

The worker at night let his friends into the store where as when i asked if can use the restroom he didn’t let me in ! Worst staff .
