No wonder why this location has 2 star rating. I was only here to check the rating and after reading a few reviews I realized it’s not just me but every other person has the same problem with the car wash. I fuelled up and bought everything car wash which didn’t do anything because the dirt on the car remained same. I did it in the night so it was hard to see until I stopped on the intersection under the street light to see that it didn’t clear the dirt I was there to clean. Contacted Journie as well as the station attendant, both denied any help or rewash. I switched from air miles to Journie because I got a new CIBC credit card but I guess I’ll just go back to using air miles and fuel up as well as wash at Shell instead!
Not to mention, their static reply which they reply to every review lol. You guys don’t improve your car wash at least improve your response or at least change the wording

Worst car wash experience ever, every single stain on the car remained the same even after getting the best wash from all of the packages. Will never visit again.

Car wash is Ok at best. Soap on one side didn't come off….. went in and cashier was good and gave me another car wash ticket. I told him all I want is basic this time to ensure soap comes off and he said this is for water only. So I went to car wash again and it was the same as before…..arghhhh. Again, soap didn’t come off. I didn’t bother going inside again. I most likely won’t be using this car wash again.

The cashier was saying today is the last day If I buy two premium the top ones car wash and get one free but but but after I asked I just need one of it. He said its not working, only basic car wash is working , the system is not accepting codes for other car washes. So my question is if that premium one doesn't even work , why was he selling it to me and promoting buy two get one? Whats the point?? Does that make sense?? Also I called before coming and asked if they have a car wash, He should have told me that only the basic car wash is working that cheapest one. I literally came in 5 minutes after the call, only to find out its not working

The Gas station is not often the cheapest but convenient, The car wash here has twice done a very poor job with a film of dirt remaining on open areas like hood and roof so don't work out for the top of the range wash. Apart from that a decent gas station.

Every time I go here, the pumps turn off!!! What is going on. I pull up and as soon as I’m about to pick up the handle the operator turns the pump off.

Worst car wash ever. It does not clean car at alll. As soon as i came out and wiped the glass I could see the same layer of dirt on unwiped area ,, very poor service for your money you spend, cheap and it should be closed asap if not change.

Worst car wash in Surrey. Too slow and left spots all over my car. Didn’t clean the car at all.. it was like being splashed with only water. Tried it for the first and the last time.
