Just had to exchange some nike runners I was gifted from a women's 10 to a men's 9.5 Urvaksh was so knowledgeable about sizing and specifications of the shoe and made my exchange an enjoyable experience. Very friendly & genuine

Walked into the store and 3 staff were standing around with no other customers in the store. Not one person asked me if I could use some help, nor would make eye contact with me.
