Service was relatively fast despite many people standing in line. But why they don’t accept tapping with bank/credit card is a mystery to me. I didn’t have my physical card with me so I had to stand in the corner and arrange an eTransfer

I went to mail some documents today, 10/01/2024 at 16:15, the girl (a little bit chubby and brown is soo rude, argumentative and unreliable in helping me. I was already next in line but then she told me to go to the other girl( also brown n skinnier in built) instead of helping me she helps the person who is behind me in the line up. I told her that I should be serve first.she argued with me¡¡¿¿¡. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! THE skinnier girl is presenting "indescent" face when I ask what's the name of the girl, deserves to be reported for proper customers service training. I will bever come back to this place again and I will tell all my families, and friends not to come to this place.can't see the chinese guy who is very helpfull all the time

Absolutely horrendous service. The agents here can not read English and doesn't follow Canada Posts own policies regarding package pick up options. They create their own rules on the spot. Avoid this business at all costs.

I shipped box to the US, despite the poor customer service upfront, the girl even didn't bother to seal the box properly, she used clear tape , removed and lowered to the ground, she talked to another girl in post office with another language and told me it's already done, I had a gut feeling of something is wrong, several days later I got a call from my sister and told me that one pair of the shoes is missing , I am upset and feeling betrayed.

I brought in a box to mail, the clerk measured it in all directions wrong and the estimate was astronomical compared to what I was expecting. How do you measure the box wrong in eery direction ?
So, measured at the post office L- 56 cm H-39cm W-47cm. I went home and measured it L- 47 cm H-34 cm W-40 cm .
So, they`re either untrained or rip off artists. You decide

Visited this location as I had some legal documents to be posted.Very bad customer service from the lady at the counter.(Was at the location at 01.51 PM/22nd July) I felt she was RACIEST and RUDE. She was speaking to a senior White couple before attending to me and she had a smile on her face. When it was my turn to be attended to, her demeanor changed. She was so loud and rude. She kept repeating ''Where to.Where to''. I was confused as I didn't understand what she was trying to say. Im positive what she meant was '' Where would you like to post your documents to''. She made me so uncomfortable I had to ask her if she was having a bad day just to de-escalate. Zero communication skills & she stressed me out so much I even wrote down my information wrong on the envelope & the other staff on duty had to correct it. I will be addressing this incident directly to Canada Post as well.

Well, I visited this place regarding some work today and my experience was not so good. She was pretty rude and argued with me with no reason. I request canada post to let their employees know basic information about how to behave with their customers. Talking rude and providing less information isn’t the way.

I went there today between 2-3pm and the lady working there was extremely rude. Worst customer service by her .She wasn’t ready to provide any assistance. When I asked her my doubts, she was making faces. She made me feel embarrassed. She should know she’s there to help people with their queries and provide assistance. This is what customer service is all about. Extremely disappointed by her service.

Customer service is not so good. I asked about just express envelope, and she gave me envelope with a stamp for 2$. I didn’t ask her about that. But if you have receipt, you’ll return envelope with a stamp.

I ain't a person who cares about minor behavior of service providers, but a girl in the front desk was so poor in customer service. She even didn't reply my Hello and Thanks have a good day. Answering each question was so hard for her, because she didn't want to. God bless her

There were two ladies working both seems like Indian. One of the terrible service they were givibg to the customers. I came for pasport req and she was asking nonsense questions as i was sending it for first time so didn’t know much. But she made be embarrassed and i would never suggest someone to go there. Both were idiots.
