Excellent and honest. I've been here a couple of times now. Most recently because I dropped my phone in the hot tub. He wasn't able to fix it because it was literally under water for a full minute but he spent the entire day taking it apart, drying it out, etc. He even offered to keep it all weekend on the dryer and try again Monday. He also called me to update me through the process. When I picked it up and tried to pay he wouldn't charge me a dime even tho he spent a bunch of time on it. People and businesses like this don't exist often these days. I will take all my cell services to him and recommend him to anyone!

Highly recommend checking Scott out.Dropped my iphone 11 pro and got a few vertical white lines, got the screen replaced here and its as good as new. Half the price you'd pay at Apple, and not one of those shi**y screens that repair places usually put in.

This is the 3rd time we have brought in cell phones for repair and have very happy with the services provided. In this case it was an older phone and they had to order the glass but it came in within a few days and it was repaired quickly. I appreciate the help they provide and have already recommended them to others.Thanks again and keep up the good work.

I had a fabulous experience with this Business. Their website listed the cost of typical repairs for my phone. I showed up at the shop which was easy to find and neat and tidy. It was easy to maintain the appropriate physical distancing while in the shop. The owner Scott estimated that it would take 2 hours to complete the repair. When I returned 2 hours later, the repair was complete and my phone looked perfect once again. I would recommend this business to anyone needing to make repairs to their electronic devices. Great Service!!!!!

Scott was efficient, professional and so so helpful! He made a stressful situation for our 13yr old who shattered her phone screen much calmer with his positive attitude and immediate help. I was able to drop the phone off and have it fixed within 1/2hr, and for the best price I’ve been able to find locally. I hope we won’t need to, but we will definitely be back should anything happen to any of our family’s devices.

I called here last week and was given a quote to fix my iPhone 10xs. I was hesitant to just go here just because his business had a good rating so I called around to 5 other companies in Surrey and Langley. His quote was at least 30% and up to 50% less than the other quotes. He let me know that his prices were competitive and that he warrantied his work, which may be the case at the other businesses but they did not mention it. I was told my phone would be fixed in 30 minutes and I came back just after 20 minutes and it was already finished. So far the screen replacement has been pristine and I am very satisfied with my entire experience!

Scott was amazing! He had previously fixed a cell phone for us so I trusted him with our daughter’s ipad. The “genius bar” guy had told me that I would have to buy a new one because it wasn’t fixable. I called Cell phone repair and asked about the problem. He said he could fix it and gave an estimate of about $200 (much cheaper than a new one) When I brought it in, he took a look and was able to fix it in 20 min and only charged me $20!!!! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone!!! So honest and good at fixing electronics!!!

I went in today to have the rear camera replaced on my iPhone. Scott was very quick (under 40 minutes) completing the repair and was very prompt responding to emails when I first contacted him. Dealing with this business was much easier than attempting to get an appointment through Apple. I would definitely recommend Cell Phone Repair BC and will use them again myself for any future repairs.
