I visited this location for my Apple Watch screen protector , because I don’t want it to broke . The guy used Costco card to put screen protector on my watch . Which caused broke my watch screen . When I came back explaining to manager , she said it’s not their fault , they are allowed to use Costco card instead recommended tool , because the lost the tool, they don’t have in the store . The guy used to much force with card , which broker the screen . EVEN she said to leave otherwise she will call police . I came to this place to protect my watch not to broke my watch . Manger is so arrogant, when they have to tell us deals they are polite . If am asking for solution they are calling police , what a customer service ??. I also work in surrey central , my all co-workers used to come this place , but not anymore . Am so disappointed by their service . Please Don’t come to this place if you don’t want to broke your things .
It was not broken when I came , because the guy used Costco card to put screen protector . He might had put to much pressure in result screen got broken . For the waving thing , manger were not even offering even the quarter part of total amount. Am not lying for police thing , she said that . Even before so many time they gave us wrong service ( Put wrong screen protector on phone , bubbles on camera protector ) But we never wrote any review or did survey or Ask for any reimbursement. That were small price things , I understand sometime with new staff these thing happen but not this time , Watch is expensive thing . Am not excepting any wave money or free service from you guys . Just want to let people know about this location service & to Higher Management That please train your staff to Use the recommended tools only , Rather than Breaking customer’s Gadgets.
