Sold a car with a lien on it, the car was paid for in full and repossessed because of the last owners loan not being paid out. This place is full of crooks. Highly recommend going elsewhere

I have personally been through this whole Tesla ordeal with my friend Gursahil. I did not buy a car from you guys but I have been to your dealership three times. For anyone who does not know a lot about Teslas, it sends a notification when the smaller 12volt battery is low on charge. My friend Gursahil recieved that notification and asked you guys to plug in his car which you did not. So me and Gursahil came to your dealership, even supplied an extension cord to put the car on charge but it was too late by then. Long story short, it cost him 600 dollars out of his pocket to get the car towed to Tesla and for a new battery. Problems did not end here. The car’s interior was in a really bad condition too. Its headliner had these black stains which appeared as if someone has rubbed their oil ridden hands on it. Car’s seatbelts had mold on them. Front mats were missing and we were asked to pick some random mats from you guys instead. Driver side door handle was not functioning as well. After all this, you still have the audacity to report my review as fake instead of addressing the problem. I can supply you with the photos of the interior and repair bills if the need be. I am really sorry for anyone who brings their business to you guys.

Had an odd experience. On the day of buying the car, they assured me that they would help me get my car loan approved no matter what. However, a next day ,they called to inform me that the car I had chosen to purchase was not acceptable for financing and suggested me to buy another car with higher model. I was unable to understand their policy, even though they had already agreed to get it authorized. They inform me afterwards that your score isn't all that great.
