FARM BOY, JOB WELL DONE ?
Lavern, is amazing. I was in need of accessories for my truck, he said he was gonna look around and call me, and within less than an hour he called back! Lots of places forget to call but he was on top of it. He has such a bubbly and humble personality. Very attentive and this guy knows his job, he knows the industry and business and communication which is just perfect for Canadian Citizens like us! If you're looking for a great price, great service from people who go out of their way to actually want to help you, this is the place and Lavern is the one. He has an assistant there who does the assembly of the parts, i think his name is Pierce - I forget the name, but he is equally nice. These guys don't waste time, they're very well mannered, and polite. Vancouver needs more of these kinda people and employees like them. Definitely recommend anytime, anyday, you won't regret going to this place, if there was a 10 star I would happily give that!

Laverne was incredibly welcoming and kind. He were unable to find a canopy for my old Dodge, but was incredibly helpful and full of information. He showed me other canopies on craigslist that could work for my truck; you could tell he really cared.

I called them and Darlea helped me. I had to get a canopy key but they dont make keys. She asked for the serial number of the Canopy and right away told me that these canopy’s are coded to open with the ignition key. She saved me $165 for each lock so that’s $495 right there. That’s how a customer service should be. I would recommend to go see Darlea and get solutions to your problems. ?

Bought canopy from this store and paid in full in February 2023 and after the 6 weeks no canopy and no word when it would arrive. Then after 8 weeks still no word on when the canopy would arrive. After the 13th week of no idea when the canopy would arrive I then asked for my money back. Took 2 weeks to receive a Cheque after paying on credit card. Then the cheque bounced. This is ridiculous how they treat customers here. Worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
