I waited for 15 minutes while the woman there talked to some old lady about how they're going to go on strike and the old lady wanted to get her package the next day to somewhere and they just kept talking and talking and then there was a guy doing the pickup so I asked if I could submit it to him and he said he didn't have any tape to fix the prepaid label to it so I asked the lady at the counter and she refused to give me any tape and said that I would have to take it home and tape it and bring it back and I said well I see some tape right there please and she refused and was really rude so then the guy doing the pickups was amazing and he just took the package from me and said he would tape the label on for me when he gets into his truck. What an awful customer service... Thank goodness for the Canada Post driver being a sweetheart!

Cashier working on April 28 was very rude. Rolled his eyes at me and complained because he was having trouble refunding money to my card. Horrible service.

Employee working here is very very very rude. He dont know how to welcome his customer and he speak them with improper way. He doesn’t helped me in my parcel and just threw it away. And also my parcel does not visited i dont know where it wentt.

My package arrived quickly and safely from the Canada Post Pacific Processing Center in Richmond BC. Only took a day after my package left the processing facility to arrive here.

This is not just this location. No matter what Canada Post location you head to, don’t expect any form of customer service whatsoever. All the workers are always cold and look like they hate their job. I try to order packages through UPS or Intelcom, so I don’t have to keep picking up at the centres. It’ll ruin your day.
