Service is personnel dependent. When you get a newer staffer, if they’re unsure of tricky (to them) postal question, they’ll ask for backup, that takes time to find another person.
When you’re interacting with an experienced person, your item(s) are processed quickly. During my last order the friendly person helped with my question on different prepaid box sizes by assembling the various boxes in attached photos.
From past experience you need to either have your package mail ready or bring your own packing tape &/scotch tape.

Always busy since the Canada Post worker who delivers in the area can never be bothered to go to the doors to deliver and instead puts the pick up notice in the mailbox. Surprised this lazy person still has a job. Complaints have been logged and encourage others to do so. If the courier could do their job this place wouldn’t have such long lines.

No glue, no scotch tapes! They just wanted to sell scotch tapes. I had to bring my package back home to attach the Amazon return paper.

I was dropping my return products to this location nester fraser heights post office and when I ask the cashier of the post office if they have scotch tapes she said they don't have tape instead she gave me stapler and paste for paper . How are they going to do the packaging if they don't have a tape? But instead I have to buy packaging tape though I only need to tape my return label to the plastic. It's unbelievable!! I asked her why they don't have it, then she told me they will pay from their own pocket. ?

New office hours for Friday (Closes 8pm) and Saturday (Closes 6pm). Sunday is closed so better to go elsewhere.

Put on its website open till 8pm n I finally find my lost package here at nesters post office n I call n the person answers the phone has no clue n I get here from logan lake to surrey n theres a sign on counter closed at 6pm ! Nice way to do business but it's government should've known nothing they say or post is truth

They are always super friendly, even when it gets really busy in there. Great hours of operation; I can always trust them to be open after work or on weekends!
