Unfriendly staff. I went there for replace or refund but the lady was so much attitude, rude and refused to refund me and give me the customer care number and said you can contact them they will help you. Worst experience with this store and staff. If, I purchased heels and it is not comfortable so what Can I do??? Just waste my money for that pair??? It’s your poor quality heels and you are showing attitude to me…. WOW that’s great!!!!

My fiancé ordered a pair of boots from this store, the order had mismatched colours for the left and right boot. We returned the boots and a staff ordered the correct pair. Again, the wrong colour was delivered as we ordered green and black showed up.
I cannot recommend this store at all because of their lack of service and delivering what was ordered.
I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere.

one staff assisting multiple customers all at the same time is ridiculous! but somehow she managed to do it (i forgot to ask her name but she was really nice, she managed to help everyone find what they're looking for and do the cashier all by herself). management should put at least two staff on the floor if they know they have promotion, it's hella busy yesterday and i felt so bad about that one staff managing everything all by herself.

On 14th July 2024 Sunday at 6pm, I was helped by a staff named "Ash". It was around closing time, but she seemed full of energy, smile on face, helped me with refund of women sandal, answered my queries and even ordered men boots that i liked but the size wasn't available in store. Here Ash 5 star to you. Keep doing good job Girl.

The manager was so charismatic, friendly, and efficient, he could honestly sell me anything and become friends with anyone! He was quick to help me with shoes and bring me different sizes. Then, when I was ready to make a purchase he made conversation about my heels. I wouldn't say their shoes are the best quality, but they do do the job for special event shoes that aren't worn very much. I purchased sneakers for my job from here before and they lasted less than a year before the bottom of one of my shoes wore off and got a hole. This time, I bought the VICKII, a ball of foot cushion, and a heel cushion. He said it's their best seller and among their heels that I've tried on they're by far the most comfortable. Also, if you have wider feet like me, I would recommend going a half size up! 5 stars for the service this visit and 3 stars for their shoes in general! Not to mention, they always seem to have deals, such as buy 1 get 1 40% off, which makes the quality of their shoes more reasonable.

Poor customer service ; No greeting and ignoring the customers. The staff( two asian girls)was very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend guildford mall location to anyone . I wish I can give 0 star rating.

Had very poor experience at this Guildford store. Early morning, came across this very stiff and unfriendly girl associate, attending customers with a frozen face and lack of interest to sell. Quite visibly reluctant to offer choices and by all means looks uninterested to help customers. Will never come back here.

Unfriendly staff. So I put the shoe back and left immediately. Didn’t want to spend any cent here. And I am glad I did that, coz I spent money at another store with the staff who said hello and smiled at least! Too much staff’s attitude at this store. (Of course not all of them, it was just my own personal experience with that unpleasant staff).

Girl named JANVI is rude and have no sense to talk to the customers. Shows attitude for no reason and this is not the first time it happened its the third time. Store should do something about her

Poor quality shoes, purchased in July and this is the condition. When I went to the store they shamelessly said warranty was passed 4 days back. With no intention to take customer feedback or improve the product. The damage didn’t happen in last 5 days

Poor service . I bought heels from them . There was just one employee and she was in rush and i was unable to try at that time. When i came home and open the uses its dirty from bottom and today i went today to to return it and told them the complete issue. They didn’t accept their mistake and told me not to accept return even i had no mistake in it.
