The manager was so charismatic, friendly, and efficient, he could honestly sell me anything and become friends with anyone! He was quick to help me with shoes and bring me different sizes. Then, when I was ready to make a purchase he made conversation about my heels. I wouldn't say their shoes are the best quality, but they do do the job for special event shoes that aren't worn very much. I purchased sneakers for my job from here before and they lasted less than a year before the bottom of one of my shoes wore off and got a hole. This time, I bought the VICKII, a ball of foot cushion, and a heel cushion. He said it's their best seller and among their heels that I've tried on they're by far the most comfortable. Also, if you have wider feet like me, I would recommend going a half size up! 5 stars for the service this visit and 3 stars for their shoes in general! Not to mention, they always seem to have deals, such as buy 1 get 1 40% off, which makes the quality of their shoes more reasonable.

Poor customer service ; No greeting and ignoring the customers. The staff( two asian girls)was very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend guildford mall location to anyone . I wish I can give 0 star rating.

Had very poor experience at this Guildford store. Early morning, came across this very stiff and unfriendly girl associate, attending customers with a frozen face and lack of interest to sell. Quite visibly reluctant to offer choices and by all means looks uninterested to help customers. Will never come back here.

Unfriendly staff. So I put the shoe back and left immediately. Didn’t want to spend any cent here. And I am glad I did that, coz I spent money at another store with the staff who said hello and smiled at least! Too much staff’s attitude at this store. (Of course not all of them, it was just my own personal experience with that unpleasant staff).

Girl named JANVI is rude and have no sense to talk to the customers. Shows attitude for no reason and this is not the first time it happened its the third time. Store should do something about her

Poor quality shoes, purchased in July and this is the condition. When I went to the store they shamelessly said warranty was passed 4 days back. With no intention to take customer feedback or improve the product. The damage didn’t happen in last 5 days

Poor service . I bought heels from them . There was just one employee and she was in rush and i was unable to try at that time. When i came home and open the uses its dirty from bottom and today i went today to to return it and told them the complete issue. They didn’t accept their mistake and told me not to accept return even i had no mistake in it.

It's a nice place. Limited in-store sizes for size 11 women. But was lucky to find something I liked from the men's that fit.

I had a very worst experience, i bought a pair of shoes from here and it was not comfortable so i wanted to return it back , in store assitant ask me the reason of return and i honestly replied that as i wore for 4 hours i felt discomfort and would like to return she explained that i have to call support line so i left the store and i started calling them i tried 7 times and they intensionally disconnected the line, now i went on website to have a live chat robots, when i inputed my order number there they said opps we cant find this order number for return. There is no way to return. I have never experienced such a poor service. Please dont visit this store

The worst service provided by the employee named Jahanvi. She doesn’t know how to treat customers has no skills and says that I am an assistant manager here. I would give her a big zero as she is such an ill-mannered girl who doesn’t know how to treat the customer.

Agreed to let me do an exchange on some unopened shoes after I told them the return period had ended. They let me try on some shoes then when I went to pay they said it was out of the return period (as I had already told them it was) and that they couldn’t do it. Waste of time. Learn to listen when customers tell you things.

So, few days ago I got a pair of heels from them and then I decided to get a different colour. It was a matter of few minutes I went back to the store right away. There was a girl standing over there and I told here that I just came in here but I want a different colour. But they didn’t have that size (7.5)that I needed then I got different size(8) and she signed me up for the alert if any other store will have that size I’ll get notified. And I asked her do I need to get the transaction done again because I exchanged and she said that’s fine you don’t have to. Then when I went back to return those heels their worker denied to return it because the description of heel on the receipt didn’t match the pair I had. And she just didn’t denied it instead started arguing with me, when it wasn’t even my default. The worst service I have ever experienced. Their workers don’t know their job but they can shout at you for their own mistakes.
