I'm really confused..I'm a first time customer. I thought I would try Bullybunches because i have a working dog who literally needs hours of mental stimulation.I ordered $200 worth of product, all "Monster" size which is fine but the "Monster" bullysticks are soooo small, she went through one in 5min..she pulled the skin off which came off all together and went through the tiny piece in 5min then it came off the holder and she swallowed the last bit whole. Then vomited her entire meal with the bully stick. The holder holds for max 5min, I literally tried 12in, 6 in, braided(which comes apart) and standard size, not one stays in the holder which obviously defeats the whole purpose and $40 down the drain. No matter how tight i twist that thing to its breaking point. Then their advertisement. They promise "Save % when you subscribe. No commitment, cancel anytime", yet when you want to cancel, they conveniently hide the fact that you have to contact them AND at least renew the subscription once otherwise you pay the price difference. What? How is that not a commitment. Like build a better system if you don't want repeat offenders, like every other company out there. That part says everything about the company's values and integrity. And free shipping isn't included on subscription, you still have to spend $65.Then to top it off, they advertise 30% off sitewide, then you go to their website and guess what " Pack sizes are already discounted, add the code for an extra 10%"?.There's nothing that erks me more than companies who tries to trick you.Picture of the "Monster" chew

The puppy likes it, but the 2 year old doesn't.

I used to be a repeat customer with Bully Bunches but I will not be ordering ever again. I had issues with recent batches of their bully sticks and tracheas. Firstly - the bully sticks were stringy, almost as if they were somehow over dried. This can cause intestinal issues if not digested properly so I stopped giving them to my dog altogether. All it took was one look at the stick before I knew something was off about the batch I received. Secondly - the tracheas used to be light brown but when we got the recent batch it was unnaturally dark brown, leading me to believe that the tracheas went through a chemical denaturing process, a simple Google search will show you that additives are used to “denature” meat that is not fit for human consumption. When I expressed these concerns to Bully Bunches, they only offered to exchange the product but after a long process of sending my original product back and waiting for the replacement, I ended up receiving the exact same product (lol) which was a huge waste of time and effectively the company was telling me to screw off. I will need to dispose of these treats which is a shame and a waste of over $100. They won’t refund you if there are quality/consistency issues with their product, and they have no way of tracing batches in production. This means that if there is a problem with production in any way, they have no way of tracing the “reach” of the affected batches, and they will likely never voluntarily recall their products. That tells you everything you need to know about their ethical standards, and that at the end of the day, they really don’t give a hoot about your dog. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they have changed for the worst and I guess quality suffers when you start scaling your company up and out. Also their “estimated shipping timeframes” are not accurate whatsoever and they have been late in delivering every single order I’ve placed before. I severely regret feeding my dog their treats, and I will be taking action to file reports with the applicable Canadian regulators.UPDATED in response to your reply: First off, no worries as it wasn’t frustrating at all to write a long and detailed review. In fact it was quite liberating knowing that I’m creating awareness for some of the recent quality issues with your bully sticks and other treats. Do what you will with my concerns. My order number is 190555. My first name matches the name on all of my orders. Just to clarify, when you refer to a “free replacement” I technically didn’t get anything for free. I asked for an exchange of two suspicious items in hopes of obtaining the same product but from a better batch.

Pups have loved everything from here, just pick any product and guaranteed that your will eat it up like they haven't eaten in a decade. Definitely give these guys a try or you're doing your dog a disservice. Customer service is also very accommodating, and friendly.

Extremely slow shipping. Says Express 1-2 days on website, but it's been 6 days and my order hasn't even been shipped. Contacted them and they just say they're busy and it's being processed. Very disappointed. Their customer service team responds quickly and is polite. The products themselves are great, and they offer very competitive pricing when buying large quantities. Just don't expect to receive it based on their website guestimate of shipping time.Edited: My order shipped a few mins after leaving this review.

I ordered a set of bully sticks after seeing approximately a million (?) targeted instagram and Facebook ads. I was sure this was a scam or that the product would be cheap…. But I was wrong! These are as good as our local natural food store and so much cheaper. I’m so impressed. We’ll be buying again for sure.

Bully Bunches is AWESOME! My dog loves the Yak Chews and Bully Sticks, keeps him entertained for hours! He's a heavy chewer and we haven't found anything like the Yak Chews to keep him entertained! Recommend them 100%!

Great prices. Dog loves them. Go to place to pick up bullysticks in bulk. ??Our dog is an 80 lb golden retriever (10 months old) and this keeps him super busy for an hour or two. We also get the Himalayan yak chews which last even longer! Glad we live close enough to pick up in person.

I've been purchasing bully bunches for a while now, they have amazing products and my border collie/australian shepherd loves his yak chews and bully sticks! The staff in their in-store location are amazing. Every time I go in they are always so friendly and helpful. I couldn't not recommend bully bunches enough to all pup parents!

Bully sticks have horrible odor. Wouldn't recommend. On the website it says little to no odor. Also, I noticed that you don't post negative reviews on your website. I posted my review under the product 3 weeks ago and it was never posted on your website.

To be honest I am beyond impressed with their customer service. I even feel sorry to trouble the staff with my incompetence, but they have always helped me out. Really grateful for the people working at this company and I will continue to support them and their amazing products and service.
