Passport photo is 17.99 and in the payal district it's $5. Why the horrible pricing by the local stores for 2 little photo's. Re look at your cost to a very hard time in our community. Not alone, also includes Culprits like: Canada ?? Post, Shoppers Drug Mart and Walmart..sad
