Great customer service.
Staffs are really friendly.
We used the pet wash, they provide all kinds of shampoo, conditioner, towels, treat & blow dryer.

Always top notch service. My dog has a very sensitive stomach and the staff there listened to my concerns and spent time explaining their choice of food. Highly reccomend for service and selection!

The store has a great selection of food, including raw. The staff are very helpful and are real animal lovers - they even have their own store cat! It's nice to support a well run, locally owned business.
