she is!
Fast and efficient, able to multi-task. Kept the line moving.
But above all she has amazing people skills!

Store was huge. Prices were comparable to Costco, if not slightly more . The biggest issue was when my toddler needed the bathroom.
It was absolutely disgusting, piles of dirt from ants in the corners, cobwebs and spider's, TP & paper towels stacked in the corner, mold behind the toilet, and my personal fav, no soap anywhere. Not even an empty soap dispenser, just nothing ?

The staff here is so helpful and knowledgeable. Gail and Sonnya were so kind assisting me on the phone and in store, I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer and explain things. They are what customer service should be!

We purchased a fire table and outdoor sectional from Big Box in June. Because we were moving they graciously stored it for us until the end of August. When I picked it up Leslie went way above the norm and was just awesome in helping me load two loads from the warehouse. I can't say enough about the level of service we received from Gayle the manager and then Leslie when we took possession of the products. Thank you very much!

Ended up buying a 6 piece dining room set (box) that weighed a TON and there were only 2 ladies working at that time. Fortunately, Leslie and Sonia rolled up their sleeves and together we were all able to load it in my car and got a good workout in the process :-) Thank you ladies for all your help!

2 weeks ago, we went to Big box south surrey to look for a freezer. They had one freezer, exactly the one we had looked at at other stores.
We asked Gail, the sales associate, for help and she was more than helpful. We bought the freezer and we're given the name of a delivery service. The delivery, freezer, and exerience was all excellent.
Also a bug shout out to Sonnya the cashier.

I didn't save any money. The bedframe I bought was exactly the same price on Amazon. Only purchased, so I didn't have to wait. In all honestly, currently, the frame is 5 $ cheaper on Amazon. Again chose convenience. Hopefully beds not damaged as the box is.

I visited the location few days back, the environment of the store is very positive and an employee named Aysha helped me out in finding some items . She was very helpful and sweet. She had a very welcoming smile on her face when I approached her for help.
