Hey, I've noticed that the quality of the non-grocery items at the store has been pretty bad lately. I think they need to do a better job of checking the quality of their inventory and removing anything that's old and rotten.

"I had a really disappointing experience with one of your cashiers on 16 August between 1-2 pm. The cashier was extremely rude and dismissive, barely acknowledging my presence or greeting me. She didn’t speak a single word like ‘please’ or ‘thank you,’ and seemed completely uninterested in helping. She scanned my items roughly and made no effort to be polite or professional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect well on your store. I hope this issue is addressed, as it made what should have been a simple shopping trip very unpleasant."
