This store is horrible. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. They allowed someone with inadequate identification to add themselves as an authorized user to my phone carrier account and allowed them to walk out of the store with a $2,000 new iPhone 16. They turned a blind eye to fraud so that they can make a sale. I’ve tried contacting the store directly 5 times with no response. How Best Buy allows this to happen is disgusting.

*VIKAS* from Geek squad is the best person to approach in the store . Highly professional, knowledgeable , dedicated and willing to solve your problem on priority Basis. Conversely, “Aryan Raj” is the worst sales person in the store inadequate in his job.

I had given my laptop for repair since past 2 weeks but haven’t got any updates on where it is! As a student, it’s so difficult to manage work when you don’t have your laptop. The geek squad service is so slow and unclear about updates. Email says it will be delivered to my home but the employee told me you have to pickup in-store. The employee there told me that i will get the laptop back in 10 days but it’s been 14 days there’s no update when i will get the laptop back. I would never recommend this place for repairs. Also, they don’t even cover the manufacturing damage in the laptop! You will have to pay 100s of dollars to get ur laptop repaired.

I visited this store 2 weeks ago and the employee named Rani really helped me in buying my nee phone and to solve some problems in the process . She was really polite and sweet and helped me to figure out problem. It took us more than an hour in the process but she didn’t get bother but helped me with a smile all the time.and I ll be glad to visit this store in future to buy the stuff …becuase of her service?.

I came in tonight to buy a 75” Samsung TV. A lovely young lady by the name of Samya helped me out. She was in training and I could tell she was trying to give me as much information as possible. I purchased the TV and a 4 year warranty. When paying, her manager Narayan helped her complete the transaction. They were both amazing. I wish other places had customer service like this. They both exuded great energy and passion for customer service. I will always shop here, whoever hired them should get a pat on the back.

This 1 star is for the delivery company- metro last mile that Best Buy has hired for delivering the appliance we had ordered. Would have chosen negative stars if there was an option.
Even though we had haul away on our invoice , they refused to move our old refrigerator for us.
There were three people with 0 sense of customer service.
Very disappointed that Best Buy would hire these people to represent them for the final transaction with the customer.

I wouldn’t trust there warranty
Tried to replace screen protector with my receipt and they told me to go to the original store the receipt was from. You figure Best Buy is a national company and would honour the receipt at any location.

Disorganized store. Prices advertised doesn't match the products being displayed for demo. As a customer, I am expected to do their inventory and make sure that the products are placed in the correct shelf under the correct label.

Simran was incredibly helpful in assisting us with purchasing a laptop. She displayed remarkable patience and took the time to answer every single one of our questions thoroughly.
