I was trying to contact Freedom mobile and was having a difficult time with the service desk. Freedom mobile owed me a refund. The person was useless. Went to Best Buy as they were the place I purchased Freedom mobile . The Tech Hakin, was extremely helpful and got the answer I needed.

I had very good service from Taran one of the store leads. She was excellent and kind. ALSO very good service from her colleague Venuka. They were both fantastic and helpful. 10/10 from me.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Are there no standards on customer service anymore?

Gagandeep was very helpful today when I came into the store today to claim a warranty. The process was quick and seamless. One of the best customer services I have ever encountered at a store. Great work team.

Gaurav! Fantastic guy and so knowledgeable about TVs. He knew all the products inside out and was able to guide us so well. This guy deserves a promotion!
We ultimately ended up buying from amazon due to free delivery and also because the demos in store are not using 4k video so couldn’t really appreciate the picture quality. Hope bestbuy starts to offer better demos and free delivery, but great instore experience never the less. Many kudos for Gaurav.

Bad customer service. People dealing with iphone 16 are rude and not working as per the pre booking orders.

Ive purchased many products from best buy over the past few years, specifically plenty of head sets as well as gaming monitors. Recently i purchased a cheaper gaming monitor for my girlfriend as a gift, i waited until monday to open it we bought the product on saturday. After opening the monitor and turning it on there seems to have been heavy damage to the screen with a major screen tare on the left side. I was very gentle with handing the monitor outside and inside of the box, i have had a similar issue with these products before. Sadly i cannot find my receipt "yeah real stupid" however there policy would put this under a protection warranty circumstance. Normally i would just buy the warranty and these things would be prevented however after the last monitor i bought "$600+" with a similar issue , my warranty didnt cover anything.
From my experience in the last 5 years of buying products from best buy its a 50/50 on if the products last over a month, at first i thought i could have been more careful and it might have had something to do with me however after over $2000 in products and multiple instances of bad run in's im going with the fact its the shop considering i havent had a single issue using the same products from other establishments.
At the end of the day it is on me.I no longer will be spending my money at best buy, you might save a few bucks but at the end of the day it seems its worth paying the extra.

Wanted to buy a 4070 graphics and wanted to ask how it compared to the 4060 comparing price to framerates. Waited at the gpu section for 20 minutes, 3 people walked by and ignored me as i went to ask about it. I have a feeling they really didnt want to be at work which is fine but atleast help customers. Even if they were rude, I wouldnt care as long as i could atleast buy the gpu i was looking at.

Today's South Surrey is no longer the South Surrey of the past. Welcome to Mumbai. Okay, I won't go to BestBuy anymore.

Best Buy seems to be running a 'bait & switch' on the iPhone SE3. There are Best Buy red SE3s all over their website, but according to the mobile advisor who called me back they are not available. They don't really exist. She said that they're there to attract potential customers. She wanted to upsell me an iPhone 13 which I do not want and an upgrade to my phone plan. I thought this kind of false advertising was illegal. I'm steering clear of Best Buy.

We came in 15min before closing to have a look at phone plans. We didn't realize the store closed earlier due to the holiday (our mistake). Hardik and Goutam were so helpful finding us the best plan for what we wanted and stayed after closing to get us our phones rung through and activated. Also screen protectors applied, without a complaint. We suggested we come back the following day to complete the sale but they insisted it was fine to finish same day. Such kind and helpful young men. I recommend this store. Great customer service!

My experience purchasing appliances from this store has been very unpleasant. Today, the delivery person insisted that we contact the plumber he recommended for help. He asked us to separate the dryer and washing components of the washing machine and also remove the water supply from the refrigerator. These tasks were actually quite simple, and our renovation worker was on-site and completed everything in just 4 minutes. However, when they saw we didn't want to reach out to their recommended plumber, they hurriedly left.
Furthermore, the delivery person lied to my child, saying that once we handled the drainage, he would return immediately if we called him. When we did call, he completely ignored our calls. We tried calling him 10 times, leaving multiple messages without any response.
Feeling anxious about the situation, we went to this physical store, but no one was willing to assist us. They merely pushed us towards customer service. When I called customer service, they informed me that the delivery staff had lied and they wouldn't come back to help. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I will not recommend this store or brand to my friends or family.
Our second installation experience was even worse than the first. A week later, the installation team came to our home again. This time, they said that the drainage pipe of the washing machine didn't fit the drainage outlet properly, as the outlet was a bit too large, so they refused to complete the installation due to the risk. Regarding the fridge, they mentioned that the size was too big and that they would have to remove the stair railing to get it to the second floor. Once again, we couldn't use the washing machine or fridge normally. Currently, we are unable to clean or store food, which makes our lives very difficult. This shopping experience and after-sales service have been incredibly frustrating and unfair.

I went in yesterday hoping to test a Bose headphone. I walked in, was partially helped by being directed to the headphones section. Looked around and helped myself, which is not the worst at face value. By the time I decided that I wanted to buy these almost $500 headphones is when another salesperson appeared.
She brought me to pay and told me that once the box has been opened I could not return it. I was not sure on my colour choice and if I'm going to spend this amount, I wanted to make sure that there were not any other headphones I preferred. I tried (most important word here) to test more headphones. Without the help of that saleswoman. I guess helping to get sales is not of importance at this location?
I was having difficulty with testing a headphone brand I have heard good things about (which was +$200 more). If I liked the sound quality, my mind would easily have been changed. I tried at least 4 more but to no avail. Why are the headphones in this store not working? Is this just the norm? I had to call a salesman over to help me test one of them. This guy attempted to help without success and said, "I can't get it to work, I tried". Hilarious that he did not even reach out to anyone above him to give it a go, that was just the end.
Why is this store so lackluster when it comes to customer service? My mother went to a different location to buy an almost $2000 laptop because of the quality of customer service she received. She was more willing to drive out of her way than buy from this location. I hope that other location is rewarded for the sales they are able to fulfill. Maybe commission (which I thought might already by implemented since they were only "helpful" when I was ready to pay) is a necessary incentive to improve things.
I know a lot of people just need/want money and may not be working here because it is their passion, but can't people do quality work in the meantime? Does the company need to implement commission for me not to question why I'm not being helped? It was not terrible service, it was just so below par that I'm confused. I wish I could rate my experience with 0 stars. Hope something changes soon.
Edit: want to clarify that I started to look online while in the store to purchase the product online. I'd rather buy from a faceless company with an automated system than a person who doesn't want to be there in the store.
