I had my car towed to this location after it broke down in Vancouver. They called me within a couple hours, told me the issue and had it fixed that day! This was the easiest, most helpful and friendly repair shop I have ever been to. I usually detest dealing with “car stuff” but I’d happily go back here. Special thanks to Gil!

Absolutely amazing service. On time - no dealership wait times. They go above and beyond in letting you know what the underside of your vehicle looks like and what needs replacing or will need replacing.

Not at all to the expectations.1st my tire change appt at 10am got me waiting until 1pm. 2nd they have no idea which vehicle alignment they can do/do not. For me they first confirmed yes, then they said they couldn’t. Alot seems to be based on guesswork. Additionally no real saving benefits for being a member. Kal tire 1 block from my home would’ve charged same and on time as scheduled. My time sitting waiting cost me 1/2 days work. Red seal mechanics?

All the staff are all accomodating and friendly, the Chinese woman who took my picture(sorry forgot your name) so patient and very dedicated on her job, to the guy who is in front who assist us thank you so much. It happen last oct 12 at 5:30 pm.

I drive all the way from Vancouver to South Surrey just to make sure my car is inspected by a trusty mechanical shop. They are very honest and they explain each concept in detail with me. They do not rush when you ask questions and are happy to walk with you on the next steps. They don't just take your money but instead, go down the cheaper path and see whether or not it will work. Amazing and would totally recommend!

So far so great. I had an emergency where my gas tank was leaking unexpectedly, I panicked and showed up at the end of day and Adrian in Service said yes I’ll help you. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and called me with an update right away. I haven’t had it fixed yet, but so far compared to other establishments I’ve been met with respect, kindness and honesty. Will update once my vehicle is finished it’s repairs.

Best auto service in town!!! I needed an alignment for my Honda Civic 2004 SIR after installing new suspension parts. Initially, I was a bit nervous, as I’ve had some bad experiences at other alignment shops. However, Gill; one of the auto technicians, made me feel welcome and was very kind about my situation. The alignment took no more than an hour and I had a good time chatting with the team. However, I noticed my alignment was a bit off the next day and called them back as they offered a 30 day warranty. Cameron picked up the phone, and with no questions asked; he got me an appointment to correct the alignment the very next day. The alignment issue turned out to be how my car's drive shafts were made in the factory, yet they did their best to correct it. I've had no issues with it since and the car drives like a dream. Gill, Cameron and the rest of the team are kind, welcoming professionals! They'll make you feel at home and will be 100% transparent while making sure you understand what the issues at hand are. Plus there's free hot chocolate in the waiting room. Will definitely be back for future repairs!
