Will not recommend anyone to go this particular tire shop as they lack the basic skills to install tires and wheels.Firstly, they do not have a proper vehicle lift and instead used 4 hydraulic jacks with no jack stands to take off the wheels, if the jacks fail the whole car comes down causing thousands in damages. When installing wheels back after mounting the tires they used a impact air wrench to tighten the bolts which should never be used as it damages brake rotors and wheel studs.In my case the bolts were extremely tightened that it would not break loose with a spare tire wrench that is included with your vehicle when you purchase, I tried to break them loose immediately as I was going on a long road trip and if I needed to change a tire it would have not been possible without a power tool or breaker bar as this has happened to me in the past and the vehicle had to be towed.Another thing I noticed it that they did not thread the bolts by hand and straight up used a power tool to tighten them, this is the easiest way to ruin the threads and did not tighten the bolts in a star pattern which causes stress on brake components and uneven wear on rotors. Told me my wheel was slightly bent which I doubt as another review states that they hammered their wheel and also because I heard loud bangs assuming they were hammering to remove or install the tires. Bunch of untrained and uncertified technicians.I've learned these things in a basic high school automotive course within a couple of days. This shop will definitely ruin your vehicle.

We were lucky that our emergency flat tire was so close to this shop, as we had the fortunate experience to deal with them during an unfortunate incident. We called and they were onsite within minutes, removed the destroyed tire, and returned with a new one within minutes. It was installed and the charges were very reasonable for such prompt and efficient service. Don't hesitate to call if you need tires, you won't be disappointed!
