Wouldn’t waste your time. Fake inspection reports. The report said the car was perfect, when we drove it with the Brandon it was making noises. Ends up the whole engine needs to be rebuilt. Also don’t offer reasonable prices for trade ins

Sold me a $10,000 car with many issues.
Avoid this scamming place refused the carfax and repairs ! Save the headache!
Kurt and the owner are scammers. If i could give no stars and go lower id give that.
If you try to conflict resolute they tell you are aggressive! Lol save your time and money.
Now i gotta replace a water pump and all the accidents stuff.
Mechanic and carfax inspections is done through independent and private third party.

Save your time and energy go somewhere else. We went on Saturday and test drove a few vehicles. The first one wouldn't even start and the sales rep had to go get a power charger, etc. The second vehicle shook and made noise as we test drove it we were concerned we wouldnt even make it back to the lot. We left all our information with the salesman who was supposed to follow back up with us on Sunday regarding the trade-in value on our current 2 vehicles ( a mini van and a truck). We didn't hear back at all Sunday, Mondays communication was poor and then finally received a text, not even a call on Tuesday that read Managers not interested in trade ins as buys to many from dealership... or something along those lines. This place is a joke with very poor customer service. Don't waste your time.

I recently visited this place with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. However, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the premises, I was not greeted with the courtesy one would expect from a business establishment. Instead, I was referred to in a disrespectful manner as 'the $8000 man,' by salesman Kurt Waber in full earshot of other customers, which I found highly unprofessional and demeaning.
Despite this initial setback, I remained hopeful and attempted to engage in a discussion about the vehicle I was interested in. Kurks attitude turned dismissive. I had hoped for a more open-minded approach once I arrived with the full asking price in cash.
Regrettably, this was not the case. Kurk also displayed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns. Their unprofessional behavior and disregard for customer satisfaction ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere.
I had entered the lot with the intention of making a purchase, but the disrespectful treatment I received during my visit made it abundantly clear that this was not a business I wanted to support. I hope that my feedback will serve as a reminder of the importance of basic courtesy and professionalism in customer service.

After much disappointment with trying to get a vehicle we came across BC Dealers'. When I called I got Kurt who was so pleasant and knowledgeable. When I got there Kurt was out so I dealt with Joel, oh my this gentleman was kind in his disposition. We got the vehicle and everything was done on location. A week after there was a battery warning sign and Joel had it changed at no cost to us with warranty. I highly recommend them. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thanks again BC Dealers' you have a satisfied customer

I purchased a vehicle here in July from Joel. Within 3 months the vehicle was having major issues. Although he let me know the vehicle had a small fender bender and assured me the repairs were done, they were not. When i took it in to the mechanic we discovered that electrical tape was used to hold the rear passenger bumper and body of the vehicle together. This was just the beginning of the issues. I have had to replace the air conditioner compressor, radiator, tires/pads/rotors and most recently discovered that the eccentric shaft sensor seal was faulty and siliconed in. Joel told me the tires would be brand new (they’re over 7 years old). I was misled about this vehicle and wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase from them. They are looking to make a quick buck and will sell you a vehicle that isn’t roadworthy and dangerous to be driven!

Bought vehicle Sept 28 2024. Salesman was pleasant to deal with. Paperwork and sale complete in a few hours. Our mistake was not having it checked out by mechanic. 3 days after purchase engine light came on. Also strong smell of exhaust. Dealership said work was under their warranty. After I had taken it to the place approved by Warranty I'd purchased. Mechanic said Catiletic converter was gone. Needed to be replaced. Took it 3 times to dealership mechanic. Smell of exhaust never went away. Plus still bad smell Blew smoke up exaust. Stll smell. That went on for a month. November the car wouldnt start. Needed new battery. 300$. At that time Warranty mechanic 2 said Catiletic converter was gone. 956$ later its now ifxed and running. Asked for tires from dealership to be covered. They had already offered to pay half. Then back tracked to a few hunfldred dollers. Manager never returned my call. About tires . And i asked if they would cover 100%. I call salesman today . He said No from management. 1400$ i put into new vehicle in first 2 months of buying it. Bewware to get vehicle checked before purchase. I am very disappointed by this whole sale.

Do not believe them! I purchased a car in October and was told that they had inspected it and completed an oil change. They said I should still do an oil change on my own. I took it to my family mechanic to do this and discovered the oil pan was cracked and needed to be replaced. It had silicone on it as if someone had tried to fix it. If they did oil change they would have seen this, or maybe their mechanic added the silicone. I have the cracked oil pan to prove it. This cost me $750 to fix. I contacted Gurmeet who sold me the car and he said he would talk to the manager. Gurmeet responded that the manager, Alex, confirmed they did do an oil change. They did not address the issue. I called back a number of times to speak with Alex and he is never there and never returns my calls. I am a single mother and cannot afford another $750 in addition to the $10,000 I paid for the car. Don't trust them.
