Where do I even begin? I absolutely love this place! I recently had the great pleasure of attending the Paws and Claws event held by Arts Nursery.Pictures by donation with Santa for your kids or fur babies, hot chocolate by the fire, great live music, Christmas trees and of course, all the beautiful shopping! The owners & staff here are very welcoming, wonderful, & kind. I really want to spread the word of how amazing this place is! Thank you Arts Nursery for putting on such a great weekend for so many people and their pets.

We've been coming here for haloween for the past few years. Great selection of different pumpkins, decent prices and lots of other stuff. Love the scarecrows and the kids like the scavenger hunt. Worth a visit for sure!

Amazing scarecrow scroll! Many spots for pictures. Great pumpkin patch. Lots of plants and home decorations on sale. No entry fee required as it’s a nursery.

I had an outstanding experience in September, purchasing plants for my front stoop for autumn. Incredibly friendly and helpful with fantastic inventory. Pam especially went over and above, helping me choose the right plants for the look I wanted and our sun exposure. *Highly* recommend!

One of my favorite nurseries. Open all year round catering to all your gardening needs. Fall is especially beautiful with the colorful fall mums in full bloom and pumpkins.

One of my Favorite nursery in the lower mainland. I live in Burnaby and I enjoy each time in the nursery. I visit 3-4 times during summer. One of the new Indian young lady, she is always helpful , knowledgeable and willing to help.Prices are pretty good and the best they have wide selection of plants and definitely good quality.I enjoy the whole set up from the entrance of the nursery and around the garden center ?I will definitely recommend to any one to visit and it’s worth the drive there. ?

I have been shopping here for years with a few disappointing visits and decided to give them a second chance. My first concern was a few years ago when I bought a peony and it did not bloom all season. I was aware there was a "plant guarantee" so I called and spoke to a staff member who told me that the guarantee was not valid that year because "it was a funny growing season, if it does not bloom next call us back". The next year the same thing happened and I called and the response I got was "well, I guess you're just a bad gardener" and would still not stand behind their guarantee. I also thought this was a strange response as they never asked me any questions as to how I was caring for it.This year we back and a staff person overheard me talking about aphids on my honeysuckle and suggested "SAFER end all". We bought it and it has not worked. I emailed the company to ask if I was using it wrong and was told they could not help me further than what the instructions said so I followed up with the Nursery. I was told this is a "Sharon issue" and could only speak to her. After some telephone tag back and forth, I decided to email her to ask about a refund as the bottle clearly notes "guarantee" and I was unable to work the the actual company to get this. I still have not received an email or call back.I would happily consider changing my review if there was some customer service that was happening at this location and am hoping this post may "nudge" someone there to actually follow up with me. Thanks for reading. In response to the owners response below: Thanks for responding to my post, was hoping for someone to actually follow up with me personally (the customer service I was hoping for). I have planted peonies for years and never had a problem I did call the store for the store credit and was denied and this was 5 years ago so I do not have "proof" of the purchase. I also was using the Safer end all spray every day for 2 weeks and ended up just using my fingers to get them. I do not understand why a customer has to work so hard to keep a company true to it's ethics. I have called the store multiple times and emailed and I do not I should have to call again when the business should be true to its commitment to the customer. Happy for a call or email back which Sharon should have.

Beautiful plant/garden nursery for all levels (because trust me, I have the opposite of a green thumb lol!) The staff are so kind and knowledgeable as we came with many questions. They really helped us to understand the better plants and flowers to have for our home situation (sun/time/effort truly matter). I recommend grabbing a cart because you won’t be able to leave with just one item - they’re all so beautiful! there are a lot of different price points too which make it more inclusive in my opinion.

Very disappointing experience. Purchased a “little ruby” a year ago who was crooked and looking odd: The main stem was crooked, bark looked unusual, the base peeking out of soil level seemed much thicker than the main stem and had may buds growing from there, and it was five years old fig in a one gallon nursery pot. One season later, it has not produced a single figlet, and only pushes out leaves. The one gallon, two year old Stella fig tree I purchased from Garden works already produced fruit last season.Art’s Nursery sold me a fig rootstock ( yes they are grafted) as the little ruby died back to the soil level of the pot. Please go to Gardenworks instead.Edit: I went to southlands nursery and saw a real little ruby and realized my “little ruby” purchased from Art’s Nursery was not a little ruby. In the past year I have fertilized and given it the same if not better treatment than Stella and it just refused to fruit. Now I know why.

Very knowledgeable and personable staff who go out of their way to help no matter how busy they are! Such a beautiful, healthy, affordable, and well cared for plant selection. Outstanding plant delivery service - Communicative, on-time, friendly, and all plants safely delivered in excellent condition! BIG thank you to Kayla in the wholesale department who has been such a wonderful resource and huge help over the years - Whether it be in person, helping me track down all the plants I need on the busiest of spring days, or in her quick and thorough replies to plant info, stock, and sales inquiries via email - She has been a life-saver on more than one occasion! Always a pleasant plant shopping experience. Can't recommend this establishment enough. We love Art's Nursery!!!
