WORST place to go for customer service. The staff are extremely uppity. They are extremely judgy. Compared to other stores who are open to bargain especially if you are buying a few items. Some really want your business. These guys don't care. Owners are rude and aren't nice at all. I wouldn't want to give these people one cent of my money.

I personally had a very bad experience with this store. I took a saree which worth 59$ from the table and was told blouse is also included. They don’t open the saree and show neither allow us to open. The worst part is the sales girl told me blouse is included when I came home and tried to cut the blouse part and measured with my old saree they is no blouse part. If I believed their words and cut it the saree gonna be wasted. It’s waste of time, efforts and money to invest in this shop rather go to payal business center and buy. There are multiple shops which sell good quality with lesser price. I will never go or recommend this cloth shop.

I'm do glad my friends told me about this place! Its great for mixing and matching, buying material. They have a huge selection on ready made saree blouses and all kinds of dhotis and skirts! I'm definitely going to be going back! Prices are great and service very friendly and professional with no language barriers

The customer service here is terrible. My grandma went in to find a specific colour cloth to match with her saree and the staff didn’t put any effort to look. They found one piece of clothing which wasn’t up to my grandmas liking and they stopped looking. There is no enthusiasm in helping customers. They pick who they want to be nice with. The owner spoke rudely to my grandma who can’t hear clearly when he had to repeat the price three times. If you can’t be polite to customers don’t run a store. I am never going there again.

Avoid avoid avoid this place!Owner refused to exchange or alter very expensive suit which was damaged from inside when sold to me. Cost $360. Sales lady told me to alter suit myself at home. When taking payment, Mr. Arora was acting nice. As soon as I asked to exchange the suit, he flatly refused stating several useless reasons.

BAD customer service yelled at us and didn't put the customer first not nice or friendly to everyone never go there unless you want to get yelled at the worlds worst shop never go there ???? the owner was so mean to us yelled at my mom and uncle and auntand my sister and my family. his staff was so mean to us and yelled and said that we were wrong the fitting room had no space at all very Bad Service not good really Bad not clean no Manners

I come to Arora Cloth House to get my Indian clothes. They had a sale when I went. Four suits for $100. That was a great sale. When you buy clothes from Arora Cloth House and it doesn't fit they that someone who can do alterations for you for free which is amazing. They always have great sales at their store. They have frie8and helpful staff. Great place to get ypur Indian clothes, shoes, material and jewelry.
