No doubt, the place is always tidy and well maintained, a lot of variety is available than other stores. But all these comments about customer service made me realise that I am not the only one who was being embarrassed in the store. I went a few days ago with my friend. These girls were so rude, feels like they care about nobody, not their workplace, not about themselves as well. Nobody asked me if I need help, instead every 2 mins they would come and tell me we are closing although they still had 15Mins to close. I don’t know I feel like they were laughing at me and my friend by all of them standing together and looking at us and I don’t understand the reason. I wanted to buy a lot of stuff but I had to leave immediately because of this. So I just purchased whatever was in my hand. My request to management is to train. These people to be polite and welcoming or maybe hire new people. I also work in customer service. I don’t even think they have been trained the C of customer service. For your follow up, it was January 13 around 6:20 pm.

I usually go to this store because it’s a big one and they got more styles as compared to other Ardene stores. This one is more organized too and staff is always ready to help. They have huge sales going on. I like their jeans and footwear more. Good stuff

This is a really great Ardene store. Always stocked up with all the sizes especially for shoes. I like to shop for my daughter here. Decently sized store so doesn’t feel very crowded. Can take your time to try out stuff and shop.
