Then, when some minor problems with the delivery of some of our appliances occured, Sachin jumped in and ensured prompt an efficient resolution. We are happy with Trail appliances because of the quality of their personnel, as reflected by Sachin's performance.”

“Our previous couch that we purchased (under warranty) was great. We had some quality issues a year later. They were very understanding and found us a different new couch in our warrenty budget price range!
We now have a new couch delivered today and store credit, we love our experience.

“the delivery of our new LG oven was perfect! we were kept informed the day before delivery and in the hours leading up to the delivery! the guys removed our old oven and unpacked the new oven. all we had to do was remove the protective tape and plug it in. they were very friendly and happy to be delivering our oven!”

“Excellent service from Rupinder - he's responsive and offered a great deal for our washer dryer. He also answered my many many questions all throughout the night via text. On top of that, the delivery and installation team was fast and top notch. From the day we first talked to Rupinder to the day everything was installed took a matter of ~1 business day. We finalized the purchase on Friday ~5PM and it was installed by Monday ~630PM. Highly highly recommend!”

“I bought a refurbished conditioner there. However, when I tried to install it. There were missing parts. So I returned to the store and asked for help. The sales staff went back to their storage and took spare parts from another returned air conditioner to meet my needs. Staff were easy and went out of their way to deal with it. However, I think I will stay away from refurbished products even when they were $100.00 at the regular price.”

I felt bad that they had to stay later than their closing hours to fix everyone's cars booked for the day, and yes, it did take a while to get mine done - but I also acknowledge that they could be shortstaffed, or that other vehicles just had more problems than what they were there for.. so I really do appreciate them working overtime to make sure they get it done and also just for being nice (even after a hectic day!). Kindness really does make a difference. :)”
