"I've had several positive experiences at the Apple Guildford store, always rating them a solid 5/5 in the past. However, this recent visit was disappointing. When I attempted to purchase a MacBook Pro M4Pro, I encountered unprofessional behavior from three associates who not only lacked customer service skills but also had limited product knowledge. They initially refused my request to split the payment across two cards in multiple transactions, something I’ve done before at this store.
Thankfully, Kashish stepped in and provided commendable assistance. He was knowledgeable, professional, and ensured that my payment could go through without further hassle. His service was the redeeming part of this visit, but overall, this experience was far from what I've come to expect from Apple Guildford. I hope the store focuses on training staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience."

Called the store, Worst customer service. Plus the person answered my call is out of patience. As if she’s not talking to a customer, So rude. And even hang up on me while I’m still talking. You shouldn’t work with retail or customer service. Wrong information was given when I first called :(

I needed a new battery for my Apple 11, the process took time, involved a few staff members. I couldn’t remember my password took a hour to reset, when they put in a new battery it goes to a technician who does a full assessment on the phone, that takes two hours. So I was back n forth met with several staff members. Every single one was kind, attentive, went above and beyond to help me. Thank you good service is sometimes hard to receive this store employees are well trained and well mannered. ❤️?❤️

i went to apple store to buy a apple watch today to buy a new watch and get my phone repair so i gave my phone and they said come back after 1 hour and did not mention that you have to bring the id.
i went back the store the rep was not there and i ask someone help i remember the name of the rep was VARUN . we told him that no one mentioned about id before and we have the id in the phone. he said i am not helping you until you bring the id and he misbehaved with is and told me he was the manager here and you will not get the phone until rep came back after 1 hour.

I had a repair at the store and associate name varun was helping me and the guy doesn't even know how to treat the customer I politely asked him what's his name and the guy screams at me sayin I'm the manager all i wanna say the shittiest service I ever had !

We went to the store to fix our phone today and rep did not mention that you have to show the id when u come back to pickup the device. We politely ask (varun) that was the situation he rudly behave with us and told us he is the manager here and he will not help us until you bring the id or rep came back after 1 hour. They got signatures on the paper work without mention all the policies and after that he told us dont stand in the centre just sit at the corner where no chairs was available.

Went to get a screen protector put on and no one helped me. After waiting 30 minutes the guy who finally helped said they can’t put it on even though I bought the screen protector from that store. Went to Coquitlam store and they put it on no problem.

Somewhat difficult to digest that trained technicians are suggesting that a $1999 MacBook air is not enough to run google chrome and I should get 16gb variant. I somehow kept my cool and asked if there are any other alternatives. It was painful to have to make an appointment and go for such unprofessional advice on all issues presented with no resolution and future dates provided to customer, monitor your email for when the parts arrive attitude, when did apple become like this?

Worse service I have ever received. Del was the person who attended us but he had no information about the apple services. For every single thing, he went to his manager or other colleagues and then he answered us. Also, we requested him to send manager as our concern was not cleared by him and he said our manager is busy. He wasted our 2 hours and I am totally not satisfied with their services. Apple brand is a big brand and i think they should hire some knowledgeable staff for customer services. Today, I am feeling i will never buy apple products in future. I really want apple senior team should take care of customer satisfaction.

Worst experience ever had at this location today by the extremely bad customer service by so called Alvin. He doesn’t deserve to be Manager there. Even he doesn’t deserve to be an employee at any store as well. His behaviour is so rude and he had no sense to talk and deal with their customers.

This was my home Apple Store and this time was the worse!!! Alvin the so called manager doesn’t know how to talk to customers, he feels he is the god and can do stuff or say stuff! He feels that He can come with an attitude and say I can’t do that!! All I asked was that I am not available today for the walkin appointment so the girl asked me if I want to talk to the manager because this was my 3rd visit for the same issue I said sure, so he came in I did explain what’s going on with my phone he told me that I need to book an appointment which I was fine but I told him I’m not available today he told me that I can’t cancel the line for you and put you first which I never said I want to be the first in line I just told that this is not the time! He had such an attitude! He should never be at that place being an Indian and saying I’m not an Indian what a shame he is for Indian community. Harsh was cooperative and really respectful so heads up to him, he should be the manager not the so called “Alvin”.
