It's really bad customer service, even though we bought more than a couple of items, they are charged 50cents for their own printed name small bag.Arrogant gentleman, thinking he is giving free stuff.

I went to the store to treat myself with a Citizen watch for my Birthday as I got gift cards! The Indian lady who came to help me was miserable and never smiled ! I chose some watches and as she looks so upset showing me , I apologized and said sorry if I am taking u from doing something else as I am trying to make a decision ( after 3 min) she didn’t even reply , looked at me and then said , anything else?I said “ thank u “ and left and she just looked more angry ! Although I liked one watch but I decided to buy it online or from anywhere else ! I understand that sometimes people might be having bad days but she was smiling when she was in the back of the store chatting with other staff!

Absolutely amazing customer service provided by Ridhama. We went to browse around options for watch. After looking at couple of watches and checking price with her. We told her we would be back next day as we need some time to narrow down to which one we like. She was very patient and welcoming with our request to show us different watches. Anyways we came back within 10mins to buy the watch which was there closing time. She stayed after hours to help us out. Ended up buying three watches from her. Very genuine prices as well and great customer service. Would be coming back in few days to get watch strap adjustment done.

I live in Surrey And 2 years ago I bought my engagement ring from Mina at Ann louise metrotown location. Now, I Went to Ann Louise metrotown again to buy wedding band but I was told Mina works at Guildford location. followed her to Guildford ????. Wow! The store looks amazing, totally different then before. clean and neat, more welcoming, Staff are friendly and smiling. Great Job. I did not buy yet as my boyfriend not with me yesterday. But will be back with him on Saturday for sure.Highly recommend Ann Louise Guildford

Ina and Richard was really helpful when I was buying earrings and they were really friendly and very helpfully to give open suggestions and excellent performance they did. I will come back for good customer service. Thanks to Specially INA for the good friendly customer service.

First off, I'm not the kind of guy to leave bad reviews for businesses, but today I was sad that I might miss my wife's birthday without a present.This year for my wife's birthday I decided to buy a necklace and found it on Ann-Louis.. (this review will shows why I am not an online order person)I place the order and when I received the pick up information email, I showed at store today (after driving and taking time off from work) and before they packed my item, when I checked it carefully, I realized that it was a used item because it was full of big scratches and wear, it seems that they send me used and returned item from Another customer has sent, but I paid for the brand new item.And their answer was that we got it from the main warehouseI fully understand that it was not the store staff's fault, but as a warehouse manager I have advice for the Ann-Louise warehouse team. Please make sure you receive orders in good condition before you receive any orders from your vendors and when you ship orders to your customers please make sure they are not defective or used. Because returning it from the customer's side, in addition to increasing shipping costs and reducing the profit margin, causes the customer's losses.Long story short, they told me we can give you your money back or order another one for youSince her birthday was so close and I don't have time to tried to find another form elsewhere in time, I reluctantly ordered the same one again, hoping that my new order would be brand new, unused and intact.The attached photos prove my claim

I want to be fair for everyone. To The guy who wrote about the watch which is named Mark. I was in the store when the incident happen. According to conversation I had: you dropped the watch and chipped the glass , the lady told you about chip and the possibility might happen, she says she will try her best to fix your watch. That is more then enough customer service but you keep yelling at her and did the bad review right after come out the store which is I saw .that is why I wrote down this

Stay far away from Anne Louise Especially Mina Rouzi.Bought a $700 Bulova Watch from her store. At no point did the watch ever keep the correct time. Which is crazy when you think about the price.She says it’s my fault the watch doesn’t work but she will send it to Bulova and see what they say. Not interested in fighting for my interests or good customer service. Do yourself a favour and purchase from somewhere else, anywhere else.

Had very terrible experience with a staff member @ Guildford location.Very unprofessional and unpleasant customer service worker.Was rude and doesn't even know her job.Doesnt even know the differences between how to greet a customer and how to talk to a customer. We bought a ring staff member took the ring inside for cleaning came out put the ring in the box after cleaning didn't show the ring to us and started checking it out without showing us the ring after cleaning and when i asked about the warranty she said every thing is included .the ring got scratches didn't inform us. We bought the ring and came home.My daughter noticed that the ring has scratches she and a friend went to return she was attended by the same lady and was so so rude to them .when I went back the next day to get a refund Manager told me that they will deduct 10% before refunds.Looks like they needed the 10% for nothing as they were short of money.The same sales worker went into the system and started the transaction for a refund doesn't even know the system show to refund another lady came to help her out.This 1 star is for another lady.I will never ever go back to this store again very very bad customer service won't recommend for others as well .BE ALERT
