I wouldn't even give this place one star to be honest. The Asian man that works at this place has absolutely zero customer service skills. Simply a rude man. I went in to find a dress for my 6 month old daughter and he wouldn't even help take down the dress I wanted to look at. When I asked him if he can take the dress down, he told me to make sure this was the dress I'd purchase before taking a look at it. What an odd character! I ended up walking out.

Today I went to this shop with my 2 years old daughter. Worse shop I have ever been. I just
Grabbed $2 hair clip and gave it to her hand and I started searching clothes for her. Suddenly the man who was working on the shop came and grabbed it from my daughter. He is was so rude. Don’t go to this shop customer service very bad.

The quality of the shoes they offer is extremely poor. I purchased a pair for my daughter, and she experienced severe discomfort. Her heels were terribly hurt, leading to bleeding.

I highly recommend this store. We were looking for dresses for my daughter and her friend for a dance number. With no idea of what we were looking for, this store was amazing at suggestions and helping us with sizing. They offered for us to take a photo to send to the choreographer and then come back when we were sure. They even assisted with recommendations on how to pin and make the dress work. This is the best store and we will definitely be back in the future! Thank you for a great experience!

The lady working was super rude wouldn’t help look for sizes or would just shout won’t fit won’t fit! from behind the counter if you think something won’t fit come and show what would fit u yelling behind the counter and not even willing to take a single step is very rude. And what is whit all these signs in every corner pointed at your face *smile your on camera* do you accuse every person who walks in to be a thief or something do better!!!

My daughter was fat-shamed at this store. Firstly, the employee lied about the available product, even though it was right in front of us. Then when I asked to get a dress, he looked at my daughter and said it won't fit her because "her waist is too big." He didn't even give us the opportunity to try something on, and denied us service simply because he assumed. This is highly inappropriate and I am beyond angry. The employee deserves to be fired. This store is complete garbage and need to teach their employees about customer service and how to have some basic human decency.
