I talked to Karen Andrews over the phone, she was very helpful to determine which exactly part I needed. Later I met her in person in the Richmond store and again was pleased with her very professional approach!

I ordered my Parts at 2:00 pm, Monday afternoon and they arrived today (Tuesday noon). Overnight delivery hardly ever happens to my town. Well done Amre Supply!

Friendly staff. Bought one box of Air filter for a good price. They appreciate customer by treating us a good food, although I was not able to get the hamburger but I got fries and second place raffle which is fair enough.

Accounts receivable dept unresponsive. had customer care push me back to them so I'm unfortunately resorting to a review in order to get a simple transaction done that the store assured me would be easy peasy (3 attempts and no such luck)...**Update**Amre finally reached out Jul 21 with instructions on how to resolve, since I've already inputed the expense I will pay the BC govt the adtl $10. Please cancel my wholesale account. I adjusted the stars to reflect the fact that I received acknowledgement, its unfortunate that it takes a google review to get action. Luckily I don't run my small business that way...

Ordered online a few times from here and then realized they were local in Surrey so I started going in person. Been very happy with the service and the availability of parts. Have purchased various appliance parts and also a bathroom fan replacement that I couldn't find anywhere else. Now this is the first place I go before trying anywhere else. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
