Someone hit my car and I went through a smooth ICBC claims process. I took my car to Amex who were honest said they could take care of it and the rest of the claims process as well as provided me with a clean courtesy car. I got my car back in exactly one week, looking clean and like new. Very happy with the experience and pleased with the results. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for honest people and A+ results.

I was involved in a collision and went through ICBC. Amex did an amazing job in repairing my car and getting it back to its pre-accident state. Thank you for your support. They also provided me with a courtesy car at no charge while my car was being repaired.

My car was recently in hit n run and I needed to replace the front bumper. Amex was recommended by a friend/customer. Sam provided amazing service. He was friendly, attentive & professional. I appreciated that he came to me for each transaction- including assessing the damage and providing a rental while my car being repaired. I got my car back within 3 days. The work was excellent - the front bumper looks pristine.Thank you Sam and team! You guys work hard and it shows!
