Went to Ambiente today for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. The employee was very friendly and helpful - she assisted with finding the perfect spoon to match the sugar dish I had already picked out. I will definitely be back to find more items for my home. So happy I stumbled upon this place today!

Absolutely wonderful ownership!I have known this gift shop (and it is more than that!) for many years now.I continue to be impressed with the integrity of both its owners and its staff.You are always greeted by friendly faces, and in a most professional, kind way!The selection is always carefully curated and it is a joy to select items.This is definitely my "go to" shop in the area!Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful shopping experience in South Surrey!

I purchased a Pixie Mood backpack in March 2019. By May 2019 the thread was coming away and I contacted Pixie Mood to explain the issue I was having with their product. They advised they required the original receipt, I looked at my email (thinking it was an on-line receipt I would have) and then realized I didn't have the receipt and that I must have thrown the "till" receipt away. I spoke to Ambeinte to see if they could help me in dealing with Pixie Mood? They were more than willing and acted on my behalf to ensure I received either my backpack repaired or a full replacement. Which they were not only successful at, they ensured they stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process.I so appreciate their excellent customer service, professionalism, and backing up products they carry (even when I attempted to deal directly with the manufacturing co.).Thank you Ladies for your care and attention to detail in my situation, it was greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend Ambiente for all your gift, decor & design needs.

Went for the first time the other morning. Before I walked in, I could see a girl was holding her new puppy and talking to the sale associate, blocking the entrance. I was forced to walked in-between them, complimenting the puppy but did not get a "hello" or greeting from the sales associate. I was in there for probs 10 min with no acknowledgement and eventually walked out empty handed, even though I wanted to purchase items. I didn't even get a goodbye. There were 3 other customers in there and I felt like I didn't exist

Such a lovely place to shop. So many unique pieces you won’t find anywhere else - and the quality of everything these ladies sell is top notch. All of the ladies working here are helpful and genuine. So lucky to have this store nearby my home!

Went shopping there last week. It was delightful, purchased some tree ornaments, wreath, mini lights. What a lovely shop, sales reps were very helpful and attentive. Will go back soon.
