Had my washing machine repaired today Feb 21. The fellows were great very professional explained what was wrong and how much it would cost. Will definatley be recommending ALL IN ONE APPLIANCES, if anybody needs an appliance looked at. Thanks again guys! Lynda

I have very bad experience with him and his name is Malkit . I call him for my fridge repair, fixed for two days and same problem. I called him and now he is not picking my phone. He's after money . I will never call him for any service. I wish I could give him ZERO STAR.

Nightmare Experience with All In One Appliance in Surrey BCI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with All In One Appliance in Surrey BC, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with their service. This has been, by far, the worst encounter I've had with any service provider.First and foremost, attempting to reach them by phone is an exercise in futility. Despite numerous attempts, they never answer calls, leaving customers in a perpetual state of uncertainty. Communication is virtually non-existent, adding an extra layer of frustration to an already aggravating situation.Their lack of commitment to work quality is appalling. After "fixing" my appliance, it broke down just a day later—repeatedly, mind you, after 3-4 supposed repairs. This points to a blatant lack of expertise and competence in their work.Moreover, they fail miserably at keeping promised timelines and appointments. Countless assurances were given, only to be repeatedly broken. This not only wastes customers' time but also showcases a complete disregard for their schedules and commitments.To add insult to injury, the company seems to have a fondness for charging extra money without any transparency or justification. It's a classic case of the customer being taken advantage of, with no clear explanation or accountability for these additional charges.Perhaps the most infuriating aspect of my experience is the complete absence of any warranty on their work. In an industry where reliability and accountability are paramount, All In One Appliance fails spectacularly. Their refusal to stand behind their own repairs speaks volumes about the lack of confidence they have in their abilities.In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering All In One Appliance in Surrey BC to look elsewhere for their appliance needs. The abysmal customer service, lack of competence, broken promises, additional charges, and absence of warranty make them a business to steer clear of at all costs.I have many other known friends who would agree to this review and have themselves experienced a bad experience just like I did. Save yourself the headache and frustration by avoiding All In One Appliance Service altogether and forever.

Pathetic service. Charger me twice for refrigerator service but didn’t get fix. After all this I had to buy new one.

Very good service by Ravi Arora, technician Manjit did excellent job fixing my washer machine. I am very impressed by his work. They even took my old washer which was not working. I strongly recommend them.

If possible I could have given them negative. Worst service. I would request not to reach them for any service. I called them to repair my washing machine and they changed it's part and now it has stopped working. I am calling them continuously and now they are not picking up the call.

I called this place on a Wednesday. They don’t even in come on the same day like they have told you . they are big liars they have come one day after. My nice day has been wasted because of waiting for them to fix my dryer. They are scammers, rude people, and don’t care about your time at all. Don’t call them to fix your appliances !!!!! Never going to call them again in all my life ! And very bad service ! The overall rating of this appliance service is 1/5 !?☹️?

I bought 3 appliances, after troubles with the fridge they came twice for that fridge and they finally trade for a better one no extra charge. After 2 months they came for an other of the appliance in the same day that I called them.I know that I bought second hand appliances and that can happen.

Bought a used washing machine here recently (for a lot cheaper then Best Buy clearance section) They tested it and cleaned it before pick up, so far it works fine and they knocked 20$ off the floor price because we picked it up ourselves , just remember buying used appliances Is like buying a used car , There’s no guarantee it will run like new or there won’t be problems later on , they offer a 3 month warranty here but looking at reviews , I’m skeptical how faithful they will be to that. I’ve only been here once but They were kind and friendly to me .
