Went to Aldo at Guildford Mall on Saturday May 18, 2024 at 5:30pm. You can imagine the weekend crowd and the store was packed. I was (and still am) so impressed with the sales people on the floor: they were genuinely friendly and were so efficient with their stock scanners and getting the shoes out to us customers. The showroom and displays were neat and tidy. I want the sales team that day to know how amazing they were while handling such a huge crowd. They deserve a nice bonus for their performance!

The store was really busy but Patrick was always checking on us, getting us sizes, answering all of my questions he was amazing and so friendly probably the best customer service I have received in a shoe store in awhile I will definitely be back
