I cannot say enough good things about this place… Shaun and Barry are my go to people for auto parts…. The whole place has great people in my opinion….. these guys have saved me from many jambs in the last few years.. 10/10 service and attitude… never been let down by this awesome business… best auto parts store ive been to in my life…. Does anybody take the time to read your reviews? There is NOT improvement on your customer services or you just do not care at all. If you answer the phone, your practise is putting on hold your customers… then they get tired to wait and hang up. Please remember that every single phone call represents a potentially $$$ figure for your company - just saying!

Got called retarded for not knowing who i spoke to on the phone, and apparently didn't know what I needed. Phoned lordco, parts were brought in and on the truck within 3 hours. Shame too because taller gentleman in the ball cap is usually great to deal with. Large guy with glasses not too much.

Big selection of auto and hardware parts. No prices on items so you’re left guessing. Customer service abrupt as we only bought one small item.

A simple email asking for a specific part resulted in a confusing and poorly worded reply from somebody who only knew I had contacted them, but didn't know what I needed. I tried to support a local business, but this disorganization didn't give me the confidence to order from them.
