I recent bought AMP Powersteps from Action and I had them install them. Their price was lower than other shops. The purchase went well, no delays, and customer service was good. On the install day, everything went as expected, and it was done on time. Install cost was on par with other shops. I am enjoying the powersteps, a much needed product since I got a 6 inch lift on my truck.

I recently purchased a gladiation shell from Action Car And Truck Accessories - Port Kells, Surrey branch, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The delivery was right on time, the price was reasonable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this branch for anyone in need of automotive accessories.

Disappointed in the install, customer service and the response from management. Used these guys to install my Bakflip MX4 but the quality of work was abysmal. The cover was not correctly adjusted, clamps weren't tightened down, washers were incorrectly installed leading to ripped rubber washers. The rails seemed to have been forced, with the plastic end caps becoming warped and no longer able to seat correctly on the rails. The manager was not exactly polite either when I called to field my complaint, only defending the company, pretty much insinuating I was full of it. I'm so utterly disappointed with the whole ordeal that I don't trust them to fix it, and it sure isn't worth the gas to make the trip. I'll be sending information plus pics to Bak Industries to let them sort this out. All this despite bringing them two dozen doughnuts when dropping off my truck; don't do them any favours because they sure won't do any for you!Update #1: I did end up taking the truck back to be inspected by the manager at their request, as they would not accept photos, and was told the installation was done "professionally". However, they also confirmed the installer had used an impact gun on the rail clamps, which is against manufacturer recommendations, and is what I believe led to the majority of the issues, including chipped paint. I was also informed that going forward I am no longer welcome at Action Car & Truck, and was told they did me a favour doing the install, as I did not purchase the tonneau cover from them. Absolutely incredible! I was not offered discounts on future purchases or service and received nothing in the way of an apology for the experience I had. Take you're business literally anywhere else!Update #2: I took the cover to be inspected by a third party. They quickly identified multiple issues, and there were more than I had noticed myself. These include the incorrect placement of clamps along the rails, clamps not being seated in channels, and clamps being over-torqued. The tri-fold cover was not squared with the bed, and was not seated properly against the bulkhead or tailgate. Nothing about this installation was professional, and the customer service non-existant. I will be seeking a full refund and explanation from Action Car & Truck.

I just wanted to drop a quick thank you to Tarl Stene and Sean Chamberlain for taking care of warranty on my Bakflip box cover in a timely and professional manner.I had a few issues with my cover 13 months after installation, and these guys were fast and got the cover swapped out promptly.I should also say I am very happy with the results of the new Bakflip cover and the installation was perfect, no leaking in my box, and seamless fit.Nice job guys and thanks again.Glenn Katz
