Customer service is awful, a few co-workers have a rude attitude, or a lazy ethics when being requested for a hot food product, or even asking a simply question. especially the bigger fellow he has raised his voice at me an given a few people I know a attitude.

Last 3x they have had watered down hot chocolate, and old coffee. Also luke warm pizza and old taquitos.

This is usually the best serving 7/11 I go to but the man on the graveyard shift just has a very bad attitude. The cappacion machines were getting ready to be cleaned but weren’t yet I paid for 2 cappacinos he could have put the English toffee one back together but told us it would take an hour to clean it and proceeded to clean the English toffee machine last this is not good service on his part he always seems to have an attitude I don’t mean to be difficult by any means I offered to wait for the one to be cleaned and put back together and he cleaned all of them doing the one we wanted last so we waited 20 mins almost. Not going to come back on graveyards anymore.

Usually I order from the 7-11 on 60th as it's closer. However they have not had many flavors. So I decided to order from this one as a change. I ordered on skip like I usually do. As usual had no problem with skips service it was great. However the 7-11 in question first cheated by sending the wrong size of drinks. On top of that they knowingly sent me drinks that were out of flavor. Thanks for cheating me completely, thinking I want to drink carbonated water. I have never had this issue with the one on 60th down the street. I highly recommend them over this 7-11 on 168th. If something isn't in stock they call they give u alternatives. They have amazing customer service. Will never shop at the 168th st. 7-11 again. They willingly conduct their business with undue care, and exploit consumers. By not giving them what they paid for. Absolutely disgraceful.

I paid and I was waiting for 10 min they didn't give me my sandwich. I told her ,she didn't care . After 10 min i told her again. And she spoke very badly to me and put my sandwich in the oven at the same time. I mean, she didn't pay any attention to me for 10 minutes.She wasn't polite. I never come back here

Today I was buying some things from 7-Eleven, a good place and there are fast food and other things such as cold and hot juices, but when I asked to enter the washroom, they did not give me the key to enter, I did not know why. . . !!

If you are looking for quality, affordable corner store pricing and over the top customer service go across the street from 7 11 to 5 corner convenience store. 7 11 is only about sales, and I don't mean better pricing, I mean hurry up and buy and do you want more...oh do you need this!!! Enough already!!! Thanks but no thanks! I am done with all corporations.

Very poorly maintained. The mobile checkout booth is always broken. I went in today and it was cash only. However, the staff are very accommodating and always do their best while sticking to protocol.

I am very disgusted w this place ...my boyfriend who is african went in on a rainy day with his backpack and big parka and asked the lady to call a taxi for him because his cell phone wasn't working.. a man came from the back and told him he had to leave the store ...my boyfriend had a face mask on and is very respectful person ...I am offended and disgusted about this ...2020 we are in Canada this is unacceptable behavior to kick out a person because of his color of his skin ...
