Customer service was okay, but the bathroom was a mess!!

"I stopped by this gas station to refuel and use the washroom, but what I encountered was appalling. The washrooms were dirty, with trash scattered all over the floor, and the smell was unbearable. The toilets were clogged, and the sinks were filthy. It's unacceptable for a gas station to have such unhygienic conditions.
As a customer, I expect a clean and safe environment, especially in areas like washrooms. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this issue and ensures that the washrooms are properly cleaned and maintained.
Until then, I would not recommend stopping by this gas station, especially if you need to use the washroom."

The turban guy has terrible customer service had to wait for 6 minutes for him to finish talking to his 2 workers in Punjabi behind the front desk. I don’t even know what he was saying. Shame on this guy. The place was absolutely disgusting, the table was stacked with straw wrappers and no one cleaned it. I don’t know why they got 3 people behind the desk just standing and talking when I be waiting just for them.

Came in around 12:15 tonight (June 17th) turban guy working at front is a shame to anyone wearing one. I’m punjabi myself and the customer service he provides is absolutely terrible. Laughs at you and has horrid speaking skills. I came in from a hike down town and grabbed some wings after, I’ve managed in the industry long enough to know this is unacceptable. There should be some intervention from the owner. Multiple complaints about the same person. I’ve been in multiple times and have seen this disgusting display of customer service. Looking forward to hearing from the owner.

They have no idea what an oddset menu for lotto is. Service and training at this place is very poor. Staff has very limited knowledge. They always calling there bosses to help out with the cash register with massive line ups

A male cashier didnt know the prices of their promo 5$ 4 wings and 3 wedges x 2 plus tax and he over charged me for 11.74 there should be a button for your promotion so they are not confused with the pricing

Worst costumer service ever, the turban guy serving at the counter was laughing like a joker all the time while his colleague sitting at the back using phone over the counter serving in the most ill mannered form.

This is the worst 7-11 in Surrey. I would never come here or order on skip/Uber again. Every single time I’ve ever ordered they forget items or they put the wrong ones. Than when you call back they say we can’t do anything about it. Worst customer service ever. Your working at a 7-11 how hard can it be?
