They have no idea what an oddset menu for lotto is. Service and training at this place is very poor. Staff has very limited knowledge. They always calling there bosses to help out with the cash register with massive line ups

Worst costumer service ever, the turban guy serving at the counter was laughing like a joker all the time while his colleague sitting at the back using phone over the counter serving in the most ill mannered form.

A male cashier didnt know the prices of their promo 5$ 4 wings and 3 wedges x 2 plus tax and he over charged me for 11.74 there should be a button for your promotion so they are not confused with the pricing

This is the worst 7-11 in Surrey. I would never come here or order on skip/Uber again. Every single time I’ve ever ordered they forget items or they put the wrong ones. Than when you call back they say we can’t do anything about it. Worst customer service ever. Your working at a 7-11 how hard can it be?

This is the worst 711 I’ve ever been to and here’s why. First, when I walked in the workers didn’t even greet me or my friend, then I went over to the Tims corner and my friend is asking the lady if there is some drinks without caffeine in them and the worker lists a few. Then my friend says that she actually doesn’t want one and the worker rolls her eyes at her. Then, my friend calls her other friend, Kayla and she asks for a drink recommendation. Kayla tells her the drink and then my friend orders it. As she is ordering, the worker doesn’t smile once or say thank you once, she is just being plain rude. After 5 minutes, the worker says the machine is broken. At this point, my friend is scared of the worker and asks me to just order something. I order some Tim bits for her and then again, no smile. We have leftover money so we decide to get a chocolate. The chocolate says 50 cents. We go up to the cashier and he says that it’s 5$. Then we explain (calmly) to him that it says 50 cents on the price. Then he makes a scene and yells at us. He goes over to his co-worker and laughs at us. We immediately leave because this behaviour is ridiculous. I hope the owner takes this review seriously and gets some better workers. This place doesn’t even deserve any stars.

I ordered the Buffalo wings yesterday and it was so bad. It was either not been cook properly or it was the expired ones as the smell of the chicken was very bad.i started having a stomach ache right away.

Their gas pump are malfunctioned,.it got spilled all over and it takes 5 sec to fill one cad of GAS.

We had really good time checking and looking around. Many things I never seen before. Really good customer service. They were so nice and friendly. So this place is my babies favorite place now
