Their electricity went out while detailing my car and instead of waiting for it to dry they made us pick it up while the interior was still soaking wet. Not damp, drenched. They didn’t give us any instructions to dry the car and didn’t fasten the mats in so it kept slipping up to the accelerator and brake while I was driving it home. Extremely unprofessional. I barely drove it after getting it detailed but after a while I notice something is growing on my back seat carpet and coming out of my ac. I realize later it is MOLD that grew because of how wet they left my car. Went back, owner said I should have came immediately if I wanted it fixed for free when everyone knows mold doesn’t grow overnight, it takes time after getting wet. Greedy little owner seriously charged 100 dollars to fix the mistake THEY made. It’s not about money, it’s about morals - and clearly they have none .. you can tell by their replies to other reviews how unprofessional and dishonest the owner is honestly please avoid this place for your own good

They are just the best… got 2 cars cleaned today instead of 1 after getting amazed with their service… Ajaypartap was extremely helpful and made sure to provide the best service ……. Highly Recommended

I had a disappointing experience at [1313 Car Wash ] last week where I was overcharged for the car wash service.
Before starting the wash, I was quoted $150 for the Detailing package. However, upon payment, I was charged $260, which is significantly higher than what I was initially told.
I felt misled and cheated by this bait-and-switch tactic.
I would advise potential customers to be cautious and get a confirmed price in writing before proceeding with any service at @1313 car wash

Got my car washed there. Absolutely nightmare. Washed the car with old brushes to scratch the paint. They do not know the basics of car detail. Very unprofessional and waste of money. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Amazing job done by kudos. Everything was perfect . My truck is shinning and cleaned properly. Main thing onwer is way too much nice with the customers. All the best for future guys. Will be back soon.
