“I’ve been filling my prescription here for the last six years and it has been a fairly consistent, fine endeavour. They were out of one medication once, so that was a bit annoying to find or at the counter after coming back but in the end it worked out and it wasn’t life or death.
The rest of the store seems fine too. The staff have generally been nice, the Canada post office is standard and helpful when I need them, and the beauty counter sometimes a bit intense (you definitely get the feeling they work on commission or on very particular sales initiatives).
All in all, I have no complaints - the whole operation is ‘fine’.”

“They are definitely a lot better than the Shoppers. They always have my prescription in stock, and in the two times they didn't, my medication was delivered the next day. They don't tend to contact customers about when their stuff is ready (which I find a bit of a pain) and they do take a while to get orders ready. But they are so so so much better then other options in Sooke”
