I have never had such an efficient and responsive banker as Owen Twamley and his manager at any bank in my entire 72 years of banking. They went the extra mile to facilitate my mortgage so I could help my son realize his dream. I cannot say enough good things about this branch and recommend them highly.

Same terrible service you've heard about from multiple posts, plus the "investment advisors" are not knowledgeable or familiar with their own bank policies. Inexplicably closed and referring everyone to bank online. And how does one get foreign exchange without a teller?
