Julia was fantastic! Great customer service! Needed a pet pee pad but showed up on my scooter. They had what I needed and a brilliant way to attach it to my backpack. Appreciated her genius way to get me home safely.

So good!! Staff are friendly & helpful, they'll order stuff in if you make requests, and they seem to only stock the good stuff, so no matter what you get it will probably be solid quality and value ?.

Good selection. However, they did have sale prices for many items and when I was being rung up, she charged me the full price, which I didn’t realize until after I left. She didn’t give me a receipt, which I also thought was strange. She refunded me for one item ($4 back but didn’t return tax amount), but I realized that she charged me in full for every item so I was probably overcharged by at least $10.

Called last minute before closing as I needed a specific item for my dragon and staff were prompt at letting me know it was available, made it in time before doors closed. Price was better than most stores I have previously visited and staffwere professional and courteous.Thank you! I'll be back forsure ?

The have the best doggy stuff here, my pup is allergic to most proteins, but they carry kangaroo and cod skins! I go every time I in Sidney. Thanks ladies, your store is all the way awesome!

This pet store has lots of great dog items, clothing etc that you don't find just anywhere. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly too!
