    Julia was fantastic! Great customer service! Needed a pet pee pad but showed up on my scooter. They had what I needed and a brilliant way to attach it to my backpack. Appreciated her genius way to get me home safely.

    So good!! Staff are friendly & helpful, they'll order stuff in if you make requests, and they seem to only stock the good stuff, so no matter what you get it will probably be solid quality and value ?.

    We shop here locally all the time and Sandi and her staff are always professional, helpful and kind. There are often good sale items here on well known brands too! Love Sidney Pet Centre!
